Not murder
No offense, dude, but you aren't that bright.
A) If you ever were a gun owner, you would understand the vast difference in weight when holding. The second you pick it up, you know which one you have.
B) If you want to kill, of course taser is the first thing you say
C)After Chauvin and the current temperature of race relations, she could have decided now was the time
D) she was an officer for 25 YEARS, always having the gun on THE SAME SIDE, and the taser on THE OTHER. Now she just decided to use the wrong side? That's like me going to the store and they need a signature, and I first use the hand I don't write with.
E) There was no reason to even use a taser in the first place. That should tell you all you need to know.
She'd never get convicted of murder so I don't even think that was something within the realm of possibilities in regards to how the prosecuting office would deal with it.
Whether she is convicted or not doesn't change the systemShe'd never get convicted of murder so I don't even think that was something within the realm of possibilities in regards to how the prosecuting office would deal with it.
As if they need a setup to let cops who kill unarmed black men go freeI dont know that this was murder, but they would never be able to prove murder anyway.
Charging her with murder would be a setup to letting her go free.

And your excited about this right? Like the child tax credit that's cutting poverty in half lmaoWe were addressing the news of her charge.
Not changing the system.
2nd degree manslaughter is the charge they will win for sure.

I don't wanna derail the thread so I'm not gonna go back and forth with you but like I told you in a previous thread you are in dire need of education. Socialism works when America isn't organizing coups, applying sanctions, embargos, and assassinations on countries that dare to not go along with the american way. What is there to get excited about exactly?
Im here discussing the case, stop trying to make this personal.
Do i bring up that you think socialism solves everything but cant name a single country where socialism has worked in every thread you are in?
ExactlyThe black cop that killed a white woman in Minnesota got charged with Second degree manslaughter AND 3rd degree murder. He got convicted of both charges.
It was an accidental shooting as well.
"Prosecutors painted Noor as a poorly trained officer who panicked and made a reckless decision to fire his weapon at an unarmed woman when there really was no danger."
Exactly
If the murder charge doesn't stick, you still have the manslaughter charge.

the way she kept screaming tazer tazer, and then shot him with a gun,

You neglected to mention that a firearm needs a bullet in the chamber to be struck by the firing pin to fire a round. I'm not a gun owner but I do know you have to pull the slide back and rack a bullet. In other worlds she had to rack her gun and bring a bullet into the chamber before pulling the trigger. That along tells me some shit is afoot. Maybe a glock owner can chime in on this (if they haven't already).
As a gun owner: Sig Sauer P365 for everyday carry. I always keep one chambered. I would assume most cops also do this. That split second can save or obviously end a life. She needs to be held accountable for her mistake/intentions. If I made a mistake on my job that cost a life I would be arrested and held. Cops should be held to that same standard or higher.

OK. That seems super dangerous me but we are taking about "trained professionals."
Yeah I just saw something that said he was pulled over due to an expired registration, AND THEN they noticed the air freshener hanging from the mirror...I hate the fact the News and law enforcement changed the narrative of why they pulled him over. Keep the shit real. They do that shit all the fuckin' time!

I seriously thought you were smarter than this. But that's my fault for assuming you know or understand history. Let me talk to you like I do my students. If I mention coups, sanctions, etc then I don't need to mention a specific country because a well educated person knows what socialist countries the United States has derailed with it's sanctions and embargosCouldn't name a country huh?
Lol.
Its working in this one.
The United States military is the largest and most funded socialist program in the world.
Those roads and highways you drive on every single day are funded by taxpayers, and therefore is a form of socialism.
The police, fire department, public libraries, bridges, garbage collection, farm subsidies, all of the lettermen (CIA, FBI, ATF, EPA, IRS, FDA, etc.), the vaccines, the G.I. bill, public parks, the court system, the bus systems, free lunch programs for kids, dams, state and city zoos, and so much more are all forms of socialism.
You may be confusing socialism with communism, of which if the case, I would agree with you. It sounds like you are just repeating a Fox News talking point. If you want all of those things along with many others to go away, then I guess you really do hate socialism, but I don't want to see what you're going to replace it with. Corporatism is certainly not better. Corporate subsidies are also socialism, by the way.
Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled programming.
End qualified immunity.
Fuck the police.
That is all.
