Yep.. same shit I saw when i was seeing reports earlier. the dropped rape accusation was from the 90s.. this shit is from a few years back.. this dude has a rape and now a death on his name..smh... and this shit has been out there for 20 fucking years but it's only important NOW... before his movie is coming out... they're just working overtime to discredit dude in hopes of killing the film... lowering the support... hurting the potential awards, and killing the revenue numbers... this discouraging people from both funding and making films like this.. but you if he was making Soul Plane 3 you wouldn't even hear about this shit

I think ultimately I've stopped caring about the people and worry about the product. A lot of famous people whether music, sports, movies, etc. Are pieces of shit. If I let who they are effect me that much the only entertainment I'd have is staring at the wall.

Respect. I'm very disappointed as I learn more about what happened during his days in college. I was looking forward to seeing this film, but I cannot in good conscience do it. I've lost all interest. I knew about Nat Turner way before I ever heard of Nate Parker. No loss on my end.
Yes he was found Not Guilty. However that does not mean INNOCENT. Hell, the same judicial system that aquitted Zimmerman and those police officers in Baltimore and countless others found Parker Not Guilty. Miss me with the "Not Guilty" verdict clearing him of wrong doing mess.
