Damn...the cops can rob you...'legallly'.

Been trying to tell you kats since 9/11 giving up your rights is easy, but to get them back you gonna have to fight! Over the next few years sit back and just watch the other fucked up things they gonna start doing!

Been telling people this for a long time. The government hates for you to have money or cash. They want you to use credit.

Having large amounts of cash on hand that they cant track makes them nervous and gives citizens freedom.

You can't convince the conformists of BGOL that this type of shit goes on. As far as some of these cats are concerned, if the cops took it then the individual must have been doing something wrong.

In April, the county returned his $10,032 and paid him $110,000 in damages, plus attorney's fees.

Damn. That's what's up

Picture this...you have a few grand in your pocket, which you have worked for.
You are driving along, the cops pull you over, mainly because you fit their 'profile'...you are searched, you do not have drugs or weapons, your money is taken. You are not arrested, nor charged with anything...but they keep your money.

that actually was made illegal several years ago. cops can't legally do that anymore. now gettin ya pockets pulled by a corrupt one? that sheit will happen until cops no longer exist

Yeah, sure.

White cops always have the best interests of non-whites in mind.

The government has never violated the rights of citizens.

African-Americans are known to be terrorists and criminals (all of them unless proven otherwise).

How dare you think private property is anything other than property loaned to you by the government.

I can't count how many young brothas I've known that have gotten got like this. One cat told me once they got him for $1,200 legal dollars and he had to hire a lawyer to get it back.

This article is mainly about Georgia, and I am famliar with all the couties in that article, and Georgia is known for doing bullshit like that to people. Some shit JUST like this happened to my homeboy, but he got his bread back.

that some bullshit.. But why drive with so much money on you??

How else do you get it from point a to point b? Maybe its just liquid cash you keep in case something goes wrong. MAybe you are going to buy something, like a car, tv, bike, boat, etc. Bank accounts can be frozen, and in this post 9/11 society its best to keep a good some fo cash on hand.

Its bullshit you cant have more than 1500$ on you. So much for a free country they yap so much about.

Don't get caught @ the airport with alot of cash they will take it and say it's drug money. you have to prove it's not.:smh:

Yeah they can take it but they better voucher the exact amount they took or they will be facing some serious charges of extortion.

Happens all the time.

Police took 7 geez from my boi. He had to show proof and still never got his change back.

I saw a story like this on cops some years ago. Dude went to the casino and won a shit load of money. He hid it in his car doors and got pulled over. They seized the money but he got it back when the casino confirmed the story.

Why in the world would he carry that amount on him....normal people don't do that ...

goes on all the time on traffic stops...if you're carrying alot of money(thousands) in your car and can't prove how you got it, the police is taking it....they catch alot mexicans hauling money back to mexico doing that

I heard this shit on the radio earlier in the week. Shit got my blood to boiling when they talked to a sherif who said that:

on the highway where the speed limit is 65, most law abiding citizens will drive about 75. If someone is going 65 they are suspicious, cause they are trying to be inconspicuous. If they act nervous or refuse to make eye contact with an officer, the cops are trained to find a reason to pull them over.

The next thing he fucking says is:

"We pulled over a guy for speeding"
:angry::angry::angry:
I fucking blew my stack- this is profiling, plain and simple. You are suspicious if you drive the limit, and breaking the law if you speed. You can't fucking win. Wonder how many white folks get pulled over because they are driving the limit or acting nervous.... I'm a black man in the south and you're a cop.... of course I'm fucking nervous!!!!:angry:
:angry::angry::angry::angry:

So because he can afford to carry 10 k he's not normal. YOU DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT THAT MAN, OR BUSINESS FOR THAT MATTER.

Having been around law enforcement all my life what I do know is that when you stop a suspect and they have a large amount of cash on them and they have no explanation for it other than their word...Police look at that as suspected drug money. Especially when you happen to match the description of a drug dealer. I'm not advocating what happened, I'm only telling you how the law is trained to respond...And on top of that if you read the story, they pulled him over on a smuggling route where they have seized 1.5 million in the last 4 years.
That is why I keep telling cats if you know that cops look for slave ships and big rims and baggy pants and you are innocent, stop dressing that way, they do profle them.

Listen fellas its the same if you are carrying more than 10 thousand in cash overseas, you have to declare that money if not customs seize it period.

The police can seize your money if they BELIEVE its of drug origin. If you have proof that its not and hire a lawyer you will get your money back no if's ands or butts about it.

Now like I said these state troopers have dash cams that they cannot tamper with and the feed go's to the state capital. When that officer seizes your money and they didn't find drugs in your possession now its up to you to prove that the money is legit. The officer has to voucher the money as well, if him so takes 20 bucks out of it his ass is grass.

But come on fellas be start what the fuck you carrying all that bread on you to begin with? :smh:

If you don't trust backs just get postal money orders of 3000g's and carry it in your wallet made out in your name paying yourself.

He just admitted law abidding citizens break the law thus he doesn't do shit about it but let someone who is obeying the law they get pulled over. yeah thats profiling at its best. You know a lot of crackas who become police officers and state troopers do so not because its an exciting career, its because they have to law behind them to do what the fuck they want to people who aren't white to feed their racist urges.

Trust me I had to check countless and I mean countless cracka ass police officers who could not give me a valid reason as to way they stopped me. NOT ONE.

Its okay though because i regular return the favor when I'm on duty.

I've seen dirty cops roll up and rob niggas so I dunno how that shit work, but everything has a back door. They real good @ covering tracks...I'm sure you know someone on that level..Just dont know how there doing It

Yeah.

People have the nerve to carry

THEIR CASH, in
THEIR CAR, on
THEIR TIME
WITHOUT breaking any law

and expect to keep it.

Where do these people think they live?????

But, it brings up an interesting question.

Does cash ever belong to an individual... or,

is cash the property of the United States (and you have it at the pleasure and grace of the Federal Reserve)?

What about the folks who match the descriptions of:
Serial killers
corporate thieves
child molesters
teachers having affairs w/students
powder cocaine dealers
acid, meth, extacy, heroin and lsd dealers

why aren't the people who match the profiles of these criminals pulled over?

Don't get me wrong halo, I understand your point, but profiling is profiling. If all of a sudden crack dealers took to wearing suits or polo shirts and khakis, now MY ass is in trouble through no fault of my own, because I "fit the profile"
:angry::angry::angry:

1. He matched the description of a drug dealer they were looking for.

2. He had a large amount of cash on him

3. They stopped him on a known smuggling route..where they seized 1.5 million dollars in drug money in the last 4 years...

It doesn't take a detective to figure this one out....
He was innocent and it was not drug money, but damn....
Maybe if he had on regular clothes and not a white T with baggy pants maybe he could have convinced them otherwise. That is why I tell cats to stop dressing that way when you know cops look for that...cats dont' listen...

Carrying large amounts of cash on you isnt the best Idea..But thats up to the carrier. He shouldnt be robbed by police for It tho. I make deposits daily and the cops have no right to assume it's drug money by the way i dress or my skin color or what my Car looks like. Does a nigga gotta have on a uniform to be legit ???
