Cosign. Philly is feelin the effects of the republican administration. No public assistance and the breakdown of affirmative action programs makes the idea of becoming a prosperous individual by going through the normal channels a pipe dream. The school district is the worst for any big city in the nation and so these uneducated depressed brothers see drugs and violence as the only avenue to prosperity. It's a shame.

By the way, two nights ago a 15 year old young man was shot and killed while watching a youth basketball game at the MLK center in North Philly. You believe that shit? they killin people in the MLK center on MLK weekend.

Yeah that shit is crazy. He killed a kid inside the packed MLK center a day or so before Martin Luther Kings birthday.
