I rode all over today looking, but I copped one off the B&N link, the 32 still shows 599, I already got an iPad2, and this will be my honeycomb:yes:
 
Missed the bb posting earlier. For anyone that has the device is it worth up to $250 now being sold for on sites like ebay?
 
Am i the only one that thinks this whole thing could have been a brilliant marketing ploy by HP to get their tablet in the hands of many people. More or less they have no intention of closing shop but needed a strategy to sell their tablets?

They could have released it maybe for 2 weeks at these prices just to get interest... No tablet can succeed priced at $499. It has to be below the iPad. HP could afford the loss, but it's obvious they never really cared about webOS.

i put in an order on the B&N link yall posted (thanks bgol):dance: the order went tru, so i'm waiting to see now if it actually ships, keeping my fingers crossed that i don't get cancelled:angry:. I see it's showing as out of stock now

its for my girl's birthday anyway. can't beat that price for that item for a b-day gift. and she has been looking for a tablet anyway but she didn't want to spend the dough.

i am happy with my w7 tablet.
 
i didn't get the cancellation email yet but when i checked my order status it says unable to process and i need to call 1-877-379-0036 and when i called the number it says it is the sales audit line...so hopefully my order will stick....anybody else gettin this message?
 
For BN orders, all orders will be canceled as they never had their own stock and the drop shippers are sold out.. They are just swamped at the moment and it will take a while to process all cancellation emails.

Best bet now is ebay, wait for a possible newegg sale or keep an eye on craigslist.

Fuck I cancelled my fuckin amazon order

In my head I was paying the same for a knock off as a original...

I really hope that on only my orders go through on HP or BN

Or I'm flat out screwed
