I have more than some idea. What I know is that people are letting things happen to them and what to blame whites for their trouble. While at the same time asking white to help them. If folks would help themselves by raising their kids to do right. Then folks wouldn't have to run from their own neighborhood just in order to have some peace. They wouldn't have to worry whether their kids is going to make it to and/or from school. If people took value in their neighborhood and their lives. You wouldn't have to worry about those white folks. Btw the white folks are scared of the Latino invasion and here folks like you are worried about the white invasion. Our shit is all fucked up.

if this city is so dead end.. why is it that all the property is getting bought up by white people... why is it that the white man is constantly building up downtown detroit... why is it that the white man is paying money to construct a 2nd bridge to Canada... what major city has 3 casinos that are making money on the scale of the Vegas casinos... these white people arent putting money into something that they think they will lose money on.. why because Detroit is going to be a major port city in the country... you doubt me.. Detroit is the only US city that has access to all 5 great lakes... if you go downtown you still see major commerce traveling up and down the Detroit River daily... they are building new piers downtown just for traffic to stop here... they want the blacks to move out... so the whites can move back in... they see the gold mine that is going to strike and when it does they want first crack at it... its all systematic and if people stop looking at what is printed and spewed on the news and really do some research they will not be falling for this okie doke... reason why I am closing on 3 houses in Rosedale Park... for you outsiders do some research on the sub0-division of Rosedale Park the people from Detroit already know what that area is like...

So you're saying all these WHITE banks, mortgage companies, and sub-prime operators have nothing to do with all the people losing their homes in Detroit.

It's all because little johnny didn't do his homework that the Chief Prosecutor cannot get a loan to save her home.

It's all because some mother in some neighborhood didn't raise her kids the way you like, that she can't get transportation to child care.

It's all because some guy didn't take care of his house the way you like, that he got denied for a home improvement loan or denied for a capital loan to save his business.

Unless you live in Michigan you will not understand just how racially charged this area is, especially Detroit. People ask why there is so much race talk when Detroit is concerned, it's been a way of life for as long as I can remember. 8 Mile Rd separates white from black(Oakland and Wayne Counties) basically and the police will remind you of that. You can't tell me that the term " Driving while black" wasn't originated here.

I've grew up in Romulus and Inkster(suburbs of Detroit) as well and the same thing happens there as well.

One fact you can't get around is just how racially charged this area is, so I can understand why there is so much talk about race.

I've spent a lot of time in Atl too and I remember driving thru Cobb and Fulton Co late at night and getting stopped by police because I had Michigan plates and basically getting warned about how I shouldn't be caught around those parts late at night. Shit didn't bother me at all because it was nothing compared to driving thru Oakland County at night, hell OC aint got nothing on driving thru Taylor, Mi at night.

It's not Michigan that's doing Bad. It's the Citizenz. That State has Plenty of Money. The Workforce just Fucked up. The State doesn't Pump Money into it's Cities. If a State doesn't help it's Cities, problems will start. Lansing is waiting for Businesses & the Federal Goverment to come save Detriot, Flint, & Saginaw. Those Cities are full of a bunch of Folks (Including White) that don't want to do shit. It's good People in those Cities (Just like the OP stated) I was born there, left in 92. That State business is Prisons, High Ass Taxes, etc. I was Home last month. Food High as Hell, Property, Gas. Cigerettes cost 7 Bucks up in that Place. Alcohol is high as Hell, Gas is High as Fuck too. Roads are Fucked Up, but They have some of the highest Taxes aimed to fix Roads. Lasing is killing it's Cities lil by lil. The Whites are buying up all the property there, while the Blacks, Drink & Smoke Their way to Death & being broke. Michigan has some High ass Taxes on Alcohol. Michigan's budget isn't even bad off. Matter of a fact They're one of the better States far as shortfall. Arizona is Worse than Michigan with about the same budget, but look @ it's Unemployment rate compared to Michigan. Arizona is a State that doubles Them in State Workers. It's plenty of other states, similar in size & Budget Cap that are worse.
