Cruise Yo ass should really listen to this. I take my brother groceries once every 2 weeks (help my sister out.) I'm on my way to his spot with his food Shaefer 7-mile area. Iturn from shaefer to hartwell and as I'm driving down the street I see these 2 white kids out playing?!? I'm not talking about teenagers, I'm not talking bout pre-teens but 2 white lil toddler kids (maybe 2 or 3) out playing in the front yard!!!

You are very wrong, it's actually pretty hard to kick out a section 8 tenant unless the lease is up.

nope not hard... my aunt is a Sec 8 inspector and if the landlord calls her for a tenant violation she goes out and if the violation is there they pull the tenants funding and make them pay... once the tenant renigs on the rent you just go through the courts... so no its not hard... and if the tenant damages the property then you can sue and have their wages garnished for damages... because the section 8 initial inspection report shows the condition of the property because they must inspect because all sec 8 homes must meet code and the landlord will have a certified copy of that report...

Welp I aint ready to die yet nigga! I was speaking on the perception of his actions in the community. The only time that the state cares about detroit public schools is when there is money to be had.

Yeah dumb ass black folk elected by mostly dumb ass residents have run the school system into the ground but if you notice the only 2 times the state took over the board a money grab followed.

Engler did it back in the 90's (with than state legislater Kwame's help) and they just did it and brought in Robert Bobb.

Now I like Bobb and I understand the job he has to do to get the system back on track. But I am not blinded to the real motivations behind the scenes. Once getting rid of the old croonies he did bring his people aboard. Once all of the old kick back deals were brought to light and dissolved HE DID bring in his own company and businesses for a slew of no-bid contracts.
