Did you know the blue crabs we use are typically caught along the East Coast, especially in the Chesapeake Bay? Maryland crabs are world-famous for their sweet, juicy flavor, making them perfect for this dish.
Fun fact: The Chesapeake Bay produces over a third of the nation’s blue crab harvest each year!
