You can’t just send one man and 75 women for him to impregnate.

The children would all be related and when they reach the age to procreate, they would have to mate with each other and you would have a whole shitload of kids with genetic deformaties.

You would need at least 20 to 25 men partnered up with around 10 women each to have a good genetic base and go from there.
