I know what you are saying JD and part of me agrees with you, however the other part of me doesn't want to see the repercussions of someone trying this and not knowing what they are talking about. It seems the cameraman knew "some" of his rights and the law as it pertains to California, but I'm sure he was incorrect at least in the most miniscule fashion. If he had come across a more knowledgeable officer, things could have become a tug of war/battle of "who's right" and no civilian will win that with an officer on scene. In court is another issue, but why risk it when you aren't 100% sure of the law
Again, I'm speaking from my own experiences (I usually don't get harassed by police or not in a long time I should say). In this situation I agree with the first part of the traffic stop, but I wouldn't have had the brash attitude that he carried throughout. Just not me![]()
You're one of those "don't rock the boat" negros. I get it. You get petrified by fear of the wc. You like most negros of your kind don't exercise YOUR RIGHTS. I've talked a gang of shit to cops, still do, THAT'S BECAUSE I KNOW MY RIGHTS. I don't give a fuck if they are.carrying guns or not, WE DON'T LIVE IN A FUCKING DICTATORSHIP. THIS isn't the Gestappo. These are pieces of useless trash behind the badge attempting to abuse their authority because they have a chip on their shoulder.
