now of all the videos I have seen that is definitley a lawsuit..
Dude never showed his badge or ID.

And since he was acting as police I would sue the city, the PD dept, that liquor store.

That looks like a North Carolina Alcohol & Beverage Control establishment. They have the liquor on lock. They always have a uniformed or undercover cop at each location. Fucking pigs always want to tear down a black man.

The Iced Tea was on the ground next to his hat where he was cuffed and made to lay on the ground .
He did make dude with the camnera leave and threatened to arrest him.
