I watched the videos. Unfortunately, that's par for the course for pigs and store property. In Cleveland, pigs will just roll up on cats and order them up against the wall(car). I was tossed two times for the same shit as this cat. One time I was at a BBQ spot waiting for someone to come out. The other time was an apartment complex. They used the same "trespassing/loitering" hustle. Both times my car was searched. :smh: I wasn't brought in, but that's because they said they were "cutting me a break." :smh:

I hope he gets paid. Fuck these pigs. You're right though. I learned the hard way, it's not even worth having talking with them. They react like little bitches. They want a reaction out of you.

No he was not tresspassing. What they got to rely on is scaring him into pleading guilty and that will clear him of everything.

Before they had arrested Zimmerman for the killing of T. Martin, there was in incident in Chicago where an off duty officer shot a lady and killed her and shot a dude in the hand. He said he thought they had weapons. This time there was a lot of witnesses. They charged the dude that got shot in the hand with aggravated assault. Which is a misdemeanor. And he never did anything wrong but if he pleads guilty then nothing will be done about the officer killing a lady in cold blood for no reason and shooting him in the hand.The last I seen of that case they came before the public and A spokesman for the police dept. said it was just job related stress. But he killed a black lady in cold blood for no reason. I would like to find out what became of that case.

I was backed off of the balcony of a Catholic church with a 45. mag. and I had done nothing wrong. I was sitting on the step of the church. They charged me with burglary. I spent 2 weeks in city jail. Then the lawyer told me to plead guilty to trespassing. I was young and dumb and did it. So no other action could be taken after that.

I got hit with those some 2 charges, in 2 separate prosecutions and beat them both.

So, it is not something white trash/scum/filth do to black people just in Michigan. They do that shit everywhere.

Knowing what I know now, if that was my boy and he asked me for help, I would have helped him get free of that white boy... as long as we have the numbers.

He had absolutely no obligation to do anything that racist garbage said. But, he willingly put up his hands and allowed himself to be handcuffed.

Hindsight is 20/20, but ain't no way in hell some white boy coming up on me like that. I don't know who this piece of shit is. But, when he said leave, I would have gotten the fuck out of there (that fool might go get some of his redneck pals and have a lynching).

White boys have black men so well-trained, we immediately let them do whatever to us, just because they say the magic word "police" without any facts or evidence to back it up.

No badge, no uniform, no car, get the fuck out of here.

BINGO and then they will justify why they killed you or why they mistreated you. It's best to try your very best to stay alive because many of them want us dead or in chains or in a cage!
 
:bravo: Big up to the camera man for remaining calm, filming the evidence getting the can to prove the facts, and being smart enough not to get conned into getting falsely arrested so that they could take and destroy the footage.. I hope they take those mother fuckers to court so duke is forced to pay for his deeds!

I agree with your general sentiment.

But, being compliant can get you murdered too.

Ask Oscar Grant, Sean Bell, or Aiyana Jones.

You have to look at the circumstances of each situation.

Sometimes it is best to defuse the situation, sometimes it is best to flee, and sometimes it is best to fight.

You are dealing with mindless scum that is out to hurt you. There is no 1 right way to deal with it. You have to adapt to the circumstances.

For me, being combative, argumentative, and insulting with the local police works. Why? Because I know the cops are almost all white and the taxpayers are majority black. Those honkeys will take the abuse and like it or put their jobs in serious jeopardy.

Would I do that in New York City, Chicago, or LA? Nope. Black people are far more docile and obedient and police brutality is far more accepted in those places.

But, if my boy asked for help, and I trusted him, it would have been a fight to get his gun. That white boy would have learned a lesson not to act a fool around black men.

FAYETTEVILLE, NC -

A video on YouTube showing a man being arrested for trespassing in Fayetteville has gone viral after the man insisted all he was doing was drinking tea in the parking lot of an ABC store.

The video, posted April 29, has received nearly 300,000 views in just 3 days and shows a male drinking from an large beverage can around 8 p.m. on Morganton Road while he waits for a friend to arrive before they buy some liquor.

An undercover cop, identified by Alcoholic Beverage Control Law Enforcement Thursday afternoon as Rick Libero, approaches the man in the parking lot.

ABC Law Enforcement identified the man as Christopher Lamont Beatty.

The video shows Libero repeatedly questioning Beatty about the contents of the beverage container.

Beatty keeps the container out of reach of Libero as Beatty explains the contents are iced tea and a close up of the container shows it to be the Arnold Palmer brand Half and Half, which is equal parts iced tea and lemonade. (In this case, the exact type is the Southern Style with sweat tea and pink lemonade.)

Libero asks Beatty to leave the property several times. Beatty hesitates to leave as he asks why he is being asked vacate the property.

Libero shows Beatty a set of handcuffs fastened to his belt before asking Beatty to put his hands on the car. Beatty moves toward the car before being handcuffed by Libero.

Libero puts Beatty into a headlock and takes him to the ground while Beatty is still holding the beverage container. The person videoing the incident then takes the can from Beatty to show the label closely on camera.

The video shows Libero standing over a handcuffed Beatty until a uniformed Fayetteville police officer arrives. The assisting officer places Beatty in his cruiser.

An unidentified woman hands the person videoing the incident the beverage container and Beatty's hat.

ABC Law Enforcement said Beatty was arrested and charged with trespassing and resisting, delaying and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Beatty was given a $2,000 secured bond. His first scheduled court appearance is June 6.

The news release from ABC Law Enforcement made no mention of Beatty having an alcoholic beverage.

its only one way to fight these racist cops......and that is in court and/or social political pressure. They want "you" to resist, act combative, or provoke circumstance so they can use deadly force and kill you. usually the smart actions to take is to assess your surroundings, remain calm and do as you are told, record the event (hostile or not), seek legal advice about your rights that could of been violated......and if possible, let an attorney fight for you. stop being emotional, it will get you killed. this is a game of survival, to many blk people getting merc'd legally cause they making the wrong decision.
