Does anyone know of any FREE software out there that will allow me to convert this bis ass Testking CCNA practice exam to a word document.
1) Printing this bad boy will cost me at least 80 bucks
2) Converting it will allow me to email it to work (becoming a much smaller file) and print it from there. Currently 28Mbs
3) Why? so I can take around with me and study at work, book store.
4) Work computer will not let non-admins access any additional drives besides the networked one.
5) If there is software that can edit a pdf file and allow me to chop this bad boy up into smaller files that would be great to.

Any Help would be appreciated ...And of coarse I come with an offering...

copy and paste into word

Forgot to mention that I want to keep the same formatting. Cutting and Pasting will not transfer over the pictures, diagrams, format and such basically the text is the only thing that transfers using that method(it was the first thing I tried...Trust)

investintech is pleased to release the newest of version of its best selling PDF Converter software - Able2Extract 5.0. It is our most powerful software yet and it includes the following new major features:

* Full compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista and Office 2007.
* Able2Extract becomes the first PDF converter software available anywhere to open, view and convert both PDF and XPS documents. XPS stands for XML Paper Specification and is Microsoft’s new electronic paper format that many expect will be a new competitor for Adobe’s PDF.
* For users looking to convert portions of, or all of their PDF documents into images, Able2Extract 5.0 has a more powerful PDF image conversion engine that allows users to convert their documents from PDF to JPEG, PDF to BMP, PDF to TIFF, PDF to PNG and PDF to GIF.
* The ability to save templates is also now available in the PDF to Excel custom conversion. This is especially helpful for users who receive PDFs that are very similar and want to perform the same conversion over and over again. This will tremendously help those working with PDF reporting tools.
* Able2Extract has additional new minor features as well, including:
o Improved conversion output for both Word and Excel.
o A new updated user interface.
o Improved PDF text rendering.
o Auto-recognition and conversion of pages with rotated text.
* The new version delivers increased value in several other ways as well, including via Able2Extract's new PDF to Word forms conversion. Now, users who are working with PDF form elements can convert them into MS Word and then fill them in from there.

If you're just going to print a hardcopy, why bother converting it to word?

If the reason is because the pdf file is scanned pages, and not text, then I'm not sure if you could reasonable convert it. Again, I'd just print the thing and be done with it.

If it is text, then you can easily import/export with Kword (a Linux word processor) for free... and Kword with keep most, if not all, of the formatting.

For just about anything that you'd want to do, there is a GNU/Linux utility that you can download for free, install in seconds and get on with your day... thereby sticking it to the man.
