Columbus Ohio Bruhs...Im Seeing the Cops Just Murdered a 15 Year Old Girl Calling Them For Help....4.20

Can someone explain to Me why many in Black Social Media are blaming Black MEN for this?
Or claiming WE are supporting the actions of the cop who shot Bryant?
When many Black Women are supporting this?
Whereas there would have been TWO Black Girls DEAD instead of just Bryant, who had the knife?

I just don't know anymore.

The bottom line is, a Black child was shot and killed by police. We all saw it, or have the ability to see it and make our own assessments of what happened and how we feel about what happened. Sometimes, when a trauma has occurred, it is best to sit back and allow the family and the larger community to grieve. Coonmar, and everyone else, is addressing those Black men who are, in this case, bumpin their gums about how baby girl's killing - BY THE PO-LICE - was justified when we are by and large the polices biggest target and - AND - in all my years on the interwebs, i've never seen multiple threads where Black women do anything but grieve when one of us is slain. "why did he run?" "why did he resist?" "why was he off his meds?" "why was he high?" "why did he have a gun?" just isn't a thing you hear from Black women when a Black man is slain by police.

Regardless of what any of us may think about what we saw - ride with your family, your commnity, your sistas and stfu for a bit and let it play out.

Bruh,
Honestly, those ARE great points you made.
But I have seen quite a few instances on Social Media in which Black Women have made those questions about Black Men being killed by Police. But I've relegated that to the usual Anti-Black Male Hatred that permeates a lot of those forums.

And I know Sistas personally who've justified Bryant's Cop murder because she was about to stab another young Sista in the neck.
It's just that they didn't want to say it publicly.

That entire situation was an uncontrollable melee to say the least.
And that was an entire system of Failure on display.

Justified shooting. Period. We are too in our feelings to accept reality. I told my woman if she went upside my head during an argument and I called the cops; they are coming like “well, what do want us to do?” If I bust her shit wipe open, they are coming in guns drawn like “ where is that piece of shit?!?!?” Same exact injury for the same reason! I can’t say it’s unfair they took me to Jail for hitting my lady when they didn’t even give he a stern warning. Dumb shit. Nobody should be hitting anybody. It’s not about who can hit who in the marriage, it’s why are you with someone who makes you angry enough to hit them? We refuse to get to the root of why we cannot function as a community. Yes, a black kids with two crack rocks will do more time than a white guy busted with a mountain of cocaine at his mansion party! So-fucking-what??!!!!!!!!

A group of girls come to your house to jump your daughter and you let her go out there? You go out there WITH her to fight them? You didn’t go intervene and tell her to get in the house? You didn’t know she had a butcher knife? You didn’t know the police were on the way? You made no attempt to get the knife before she killed someone or the cops showed up? You didn’t know not to kick a child in the face.........but that’s too many shot?
 Half dozen parental failures to the cops one—he didn’t shoot the nigga that face kicked a kid!!! Fuck that taser bullshit AND that John Wayne ‘aim for the leg’ shit. Center mass, double-tap, every-fucking time! If a nigga crawls through your window at 2am you are NOT aiming for the leg. Stop it. Having a knife out when the cops comes and kicking a kid in the face WHILE the cop is standing there confirmed to the cop these niggas are savages. Had he took his taser out and that mob rushed him he’s a dead man. Gun out ONLY in that situation.

yup bottom line is you're trying to stab someone in front of a cop.
I don't really care about the comparisons to white ppl being arrested that everyone continues to emotionally throwing out there
do they treat white ppl differently. of course!!
you can gamble with your life dealing these cops if you. want to
i'm going to avoid putting myself in these situations and deal with the reality
i'll let ya'll argue why water shouldn't be wet

You shouldn’t be on social media for anything not related to connecting with family and good friends.

If I’m holding my dog and a cop sees someone about to stab me, go ahead and light them niggas up!

this. that’s the point.

Man up, if someone’s in the wrong it’s ok to say that they’re in the wrong.l. I’m not justifying her being killed. I just can’t blame the cop for his actions.

I understand that she was 15 years old, I understand that she was just a girl. But her actions caused her death and there’s no way around that.

There was a police shooting where a guy was being chased by the cops and he was on Facebook live the whole time last year. The video was of him driving, then hoping out of the car running and eventually getting shot by the cops.

People gathered around, were amped up and ready to protest. The internet was upset and we all wanted answers.

Once it was discovered that her shot at the cops, everybody

Because they knew he was in the wrong so there was nothing to argue against. No one was justifying his killing, it was understood that his actions were the reason for his death.

I didn’t want to post videos because then we’re just like them with the “But, but, but that one time” and it becomes pointless.

We know that cops kill us easier, but in some cases their acts can’t be argued against. Some police killings don’t warrant a protest.

I saw the video below a while ago and was going to post it here the other day. But it’s pointless because I’m not here to defend the police.

But people with knives get shot.

That was a another video of someone high or suicidal

The samething happened in this case, when news of this shooting came out the headline was ”15 year old girl that was being bullied calls police for help and they shoot and kill her”, social media immediately spread this story with the hashtag #sayhername, Lebron posted a pic of the cop telling him he’s next, and there was a protest in front of the police station, there was no mention of a knife or anything. Once the video came out the protesting stopped and didn’t escalate, Lebron deleted his tweet and the debate changed to he should have used taser, tackled her, shot her in the arm, leg or in the air but there was no call for justice for the girl. Imagine if they hadn’t released that video, there would’ve been days of protest and possibly some more rioting. This was the first post in this thread

From What I Gathered the Girl Was Being Jumped and Had a Knife Out to Protect Herself and SHE Dialed 911 For Help and the Repsonding Officer Basically Pulled Up Jumped Out and Shot Her in the Chest 4 Times ala Tamir Rice....Any Bruhs In the Area Hearing Anything on the Street

Below is why Lebron tweeted what he tweeted and in my opinion it was justified. He should’ve manned up and explained the exact reason for the tweet.

The tweet wasn’t simply because of the killing. It was because an officer said “blue lives matter” at the scene of the 15 year olds murder which was reported the day it happened.

That’s why Lebron and many were outraged. Somehow that fact and the cops statement is lost.

‘The black guy is the only one you can hear saying blue lives matter

Anybody who isnt ready to hear views that vary from their own should probably avoid internet discussions and the media. As a black man I'm not going to hold my tongue about an issue that effects me and my community just because someone doesnt care for what I have to say. You have no support for your statement that black women are somehow monolithic in their opinions on any of these shootings. All those examples you posted are examples of unjustifiable (imo) killings but I'm pretty sure not every black women felt the same. I wish this shooting would have went another way but I can understand why it didn't.

Damn..
And no @BabbleOnGirl is not a bot account
I'm surprised so much of that over Ma'Khia
As if all Black men are supporting the police now.

Woman seen almost stabbed in Columbus police shooting video now gets death threats: I-Team

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The FOX 8 I-Team has learned of death threats reported to Cleveland police by a woman at the heart of a deadly police shooting of a teen in Columbus.

Police video this week showed a Columbus officer shot a 16-year-old girl as she was about to stab a woman.

That woman went to stay with a relative in Cleveland. Then she called police to report her life is in danger. She told police Friday someone posted her current and former addresses, phone number and picture on social media. That led others to share it on social media.

Then, the woman started seeing “threatening comments” about how she “should be beat or killed.” Someone even posted “they were on their way to her current address to kill her.”

The woman told Cleveland officers that in light of the shooting and what’s happened since she is in “extreme mental anguish.”

A report shows officers took the woman to a hospital.

True, but he point is you don't know until you taze them and it doesn't work. By that time, pink would be already stabbed up.
Personally I would have preferred that he tried anything other than shooting her but I can understand the legal justification for what went down.

I can't be found...I pay people to take my pics off that shit...I'm a muffuckin hot boy... already....why make it hotter by being on social media? Brah

The only picture I have on social media of myself is one my girl has of us together in Montreal. I have some travel photos but im not in any of them. I dont feel the need to be posted up on social media :dunno:

The cop was definitely close enough to stop the woman in the pink from getting stabbed.

Definitely close enough, fuck what these other cats talking about.

He was close enough to tackle her and definitely close enough to take the knife out of her hand.

Fuck these other cats.

The foster mother was just standing there not saying anything and the adult male stomped the women out in front of the police. They were feeding into this retarded logic that you can execute somebody in front of the police. The girl in the pink was clearly being detained which means they are off limits. The 15 year old not knowing any better just went along. Your picture provides a real good glimpse of this sorry human being cosigning this child pulling a knife in front of the police. The adult male should have stepped up as a man and protected her.

Unfortunately, these are the type of people that seek me out on the street with ignorant garbage, many of the people living in the hood will link up with white supremacists in a second.
