The dad should have taken care of his child he brought into the world instead of pushing it on our strained foster system if he cared about his daughter being "abused" because the foster mother brought others over to teach her shes going to have to listen to others and keep a clean room.
This case is the first case that I’ve heard of of a cop shooting any team girl who was in the process of stabbing someone.
Being that it’s the first case that I’ve heard of, I imagine it’ll be hard for me to find one a case that includes a white 15 year old teen girl.
The fact is a cop showed up and saw a fight, and seconds later he saw a person about to get stabbed and reacted.
The background story is irrelevant when it comes to the shooting that took place at the moment of the attempted stabbing.

Some people just aren’t thinking is all that I can say. I’m upset and saddened that she got shot and killed too, but I can’t blame the cop in that situation.

This is so crazy!!! She died 4 days ago. She hasn't even been buried yet. Additionally, she's blaming everyone for the failure, but acknowledging her role in her daughter's downfall.

It doesn't apply to the decision the cop made that day but it is relevant to the circumstances leading up to the fight. I've had a couple of foster placements do my kids dirty including getting other youth to jump my kid.

i haven’t watched the video and I never will but I agree that every police shooting isn’t cut and dry bad. From what I’ve read the officer could have hit the other people in the area so I wish the taser would’ve been used instead. I also agree that people obviously watch to much TV talking about warning shots and leg shots. Those things don’t exist in the real world.
If this kid has been mistreated in a foster home the family will definitely be able to sue. There is no excuse for the foster family to allow this to happen if the story is true.

Because the foster mother wanted to teach the kid a lesson, so she called in her goon squad to do the work.
The people was the last problem I saw in the clip. Now i ain’t saying he right, just saying there was so many wrongs before he got there. That was my opinion before I found about any info about the situation. I formed those thoughts from the pictures I saw, not even the videos....

I heard somebody make a good point that she was standing her ground when the police approached. Here you can see her pushing the other women down with a knife and was in full view of the police. Could you pull a gun out if somebody attacks you with a knife in front of the police, I don't know, maybe the Stand Your Ground laws should discuss this scenario.
Than you see her turning around and attacking the other women with a knife in a pink outfit that was just standing near the police, making it mute whether she was standing her ground. They were being detained similar to being handcuffed, the officer has more of a duty to protect anybody being detained. They could be held liable if she punctures her neck with the knife. The women in the pink outfit could have ran off but did not because the police was detaining her for questioning. Let say the police were driving down the street not responding to a call and saw the fight, they could choose not to get involved and let you get stabbed up. They were not detaining anybody and you did not call for assistance.
If she was being jumped, I believe she entered a fight mode that did not turn off when police approached. There was her foster mother that was just standing doing nothing. I blame the adult for not stepping in and advising her to put the knife down when the police approached.
Let say the Golden State Killer runs out of your house after stacking plates on your back and taking your wife/girl in the kitchen. You grab your gun angry, and run outside chasing after him discharging your weapon which is an actual story. The police just show up with the lights flashing and give chase. He puts his hands up and believes he is detained by the police. You can't discharge your weapon at him since he is detained by the police. They can you use deadly force against you, even though you are the victim and suffered a horrific nightmare in your home.
The police officer can go down like Derek Chauvin facing murder charges for not rendering aid or protecting you while he is technically being detained without handcuffs. Anybody saying the police use of deadly force was wrong is cosigning them putting their knee on our neck or being Jeffrey Epstein while in their custody like Sandra Bland.

The girl in pink walked over to the police and was technically being detained even though she might have fought the other girl.
Many black people in the hood work with white supremacists regularly and sell drugs. This is why you see them being featured in many of their films projecting this negative image of us. You would think they would be woke and pro black but it is the complete opposite. They just want that paper at all costs.

Nope, the older women where foster kids at that house. They returned home to only visit the foster mom for her birthday. So no she was not being bullied or picked on.
