Cologne hustle

Whats up board. This week alone out here in Atlanta I've ran into about 3 dudes on the streets that have backpacks or boxes full of real deal Cologne and perfume for sale and they are only selling it for about 20 bucks a pop. I don't think that's a coincidence so I thought i'd ask the BGOL fam where in the hell exactly are these guys getting this merchandise because I WANT IN! These street cats don't know a thing about online selling or opening up a storefront at the swap, but I do. Anybody know where I could buy some for the low?

If you not worried about integrity, you can go to garment district in NY and get them for like $10 a piece. The knock off game is super strong. I had a 2 pair of True Religion shorts from like 5 years ago and they still look official. Think I paid $20 a piece......
