that's just every coach 101. only time a coach ain't trying to get personnel control is if they're a 1st time and no track record or if they just came off of getting embarrassed and are now lucky to get an opportunity to coach again.

Fam the 9ers have better personel in place than the Browns.. So u have to ask yourself why would a guy of Hue's caliber choose the Browns over the 9ers and the Giants.. So basically the 9ers or Giants wasn't giving him say on who he can choose vs the Browns... No brainer.. Even if Hue is there 2 yrs he can build his resume of improving the team 10 fold, he just has to make the first round of the playoffs
