I think as men we need to come together and at least start protesting some of this bullshit. I hear rumblings of a mens right's movement but i have not seen much in the way of action.

It's called the "Expectation of Income." If you are earning a certain amount of income based on your education and jobs experience when the child support order is filed; the child support amount expected with rarely go down.
This article only affects those who are LOCKED into child support payments before of a previous order.
If you are currently involved in a child support proceeding - You can avoid the "Expectation of Income" by filing for a exemptions based on your financial disclosure form.

Most men do not complain. Most men don't share the pain of their problems because they thinks it's just their own.
I complained. I shared my pain. Now the city of NYC pays me a good sum of money for their incorrect actions and I have custody of my kids.

First off - You have to understand the court system first. Most NON-CUSTODIAL parents have many different options when they first went to family court regarding child support.
If they left the financial disclosure form (federal provision) blank - They basically told the court - I am ok with PAYING whatever you want me to pay.
If a non-custodial parent failed to vacate a default order of child support - 30 days after the order was issued - They basically told the court - I am ok with PAYING whatever you want me to pay.
If a they left did not filed for a downward modification after 7 business days of their job termination/layoff - They basically told the court - I am cool with paying that old amount.
I was a family court advocate for low income families for years and I went through the system myself - 75% of the time - Ppl just did not read and did whatever the fuck they wanted and then get upset later on when it bites them in the ass.
The family court system DOES need to change and there are plenty of "movements" and groups working on it. You have to construct a solid argument with proof of real cases of ppl's rights being violated to get things to change.

My Mother was on a cruise last year talking to another vacationer ( white woman ) and when they got around to talking about their sons, The white woman got into a rant about how the Family courts was after her son and he was trying his best etc. Soon, most everyone in the lounge got into it and starting telling their story's.
So, Don't think no one knows, it just has not hit the media big yet, But the wrong person will get jerked and it will go large.
( well, I hope so )
Maybe the economic downturn will help bring this out into the open.

Uh no. The state takes NO money from child support unless the bitch was on Welfare, then they take what she got from Welfare. That is fair. There is no "profit" turned on child support.

If you count interest as a profit. ALl the money goes to the mother unless she was on state assistance. Where does the profit come from?

I know in Canada you pay a percentage of what you make... for instance I am in Ontario and because I make between 45,000-60,000 I would pay only 416 a month for my ONE child... luckily I am the one with her and I did not sleep with some random whore so we never had all them types of issues...

No it doesn't. The state doesn't even TAKE the money out. The COMPANY he works for does. THEY can charge up to 5 dollars to take it out. The state don't charge SHIT. If your company is telling you that, they are lying. This is what I mean by niggas being uneducated on the process.

this topic gives me hard feelings toward women. to the point where i feel ZERO sympathy for their asses when something happens to them..the courts and the police usually act on their behalf no questions asked. I pay child support too for my daughter. but, at least i can say i have been on my payments for yrs, and my situation is stable.
First of all i feel your plight. I am in a similiar situation but God has blessed me with the ability to pay my support. Documented by the GA Dept of HR. they take 1400 every two weeks and i am a little angry. I do not mind and will do my best to continue to meet the payments.( actually got reimbursed for overpaying) I just hate the fact that I pay 1400 dollars to a woman with a great job and good job security. I am leaving my job in February because \I was hit for the 5th time by and IED along the main supply route in the zone. The system had to come to this because there are so many dead beat dads. but this guy is getting the shaft. but I hope he is not to proud to take a job less than what he is used too. i take pride in knowing my kids are ok
