Chemist caught faking positive drug tests, sending 40k black folkd to prison...

She still got paid whether or not the test came back negative or positive. So why lie? What's to gain?

It seems like this is a bigger person than just one person.

I hope further investigations come into play. I think some DA pressured her or bribed her for those results.

:heartbeat:

my heart skipped a beat and only this redbone can treat me
I see no reason not to nut in her pussy.

Where are the feminists asking for equality in her sentencing? Oh, that's not the kind of equality they are fighting for.
Dirty scumbag bitches need to be thrown in a room with the men they've gotten falsely convicted.

Wrong.

Stop and frisk ain't got shit to do with home training.

Driving while Black aint got shit to do with home training.

Walking while Black aint got shit to do with home training.

Buying an air rifle in a Walmart and being shot by police aint got shit to do with home training.

The school to prison pipeline ain't got shit to do with home training.

It starts with the unlawful implementation of the 13th amendment while ignoring the 14th amendment.

But, I'd day you are right AND wrong. Everything you mentioned is the system setup to fail, discourage and disqualify us but putting drugs in your pocket 6o make money is a choice. Being around drug activity is a choice. Bad decisions come from lack of clarity in choosing options Training starts in the homeand at a young age.

Man wtf.

Obama was not the governor of each individual state nor was it his job to know of crimes committed by state employees before they are discovered by state authorities.
Of course he can't monitor everything, the point was a lot of racial incidents occurred during his presidency still, in other words nothing really changed.

I actually used to date a woman who worked in a hospital lab...

not police but I am going to ASSUME there are a lot of similarities based solely on HIPPA and many federal and state guidelines.

yeah ONE person could do a f*ck up like this...

but that is mainly because OTHERS aint doing their jobs

there are checks and balances IN PLACE

but TRUST me

samples go "missing" ALL THE TIME

samples get QC'ed improperly

individuals are poorly trained or given WAY to much latitude to just "do their own thing"

they work load is RIDICULOUSLY big

so EVERYTHING is based on just getting the work ut

(but sadly it isn't just WORK its peoples LIVES)

so yeah

one person COULD do this but for it to be THIS big and continue THIS long?

That's just poor system, poor oversight

and HEADS should have rolled.

THESE are the subjects and the issues the public should REALLY be concerned about.
I feel ya pimp, but I dont believe one person would mishandle 40k cases by themselves; naw, that some conspiracy shit right there...

Oh trust

at SOME POINT

VERY EARLY ON...

someone said "f*ck this" and just let it continue.

and then it just kept multiplying.

EVERYONE should be suspended without pay until the whistle gets blown.

Being around drug activity IS NOT a choice when your neighbors use or sell drugs. White folks use drugs MORE than we do, but are policed LESS than we are. We are not in this situation collectively because of bad choices or lack of home training. Less than 2% of our population annually is involved in violent crime. We are criminalized by a system that fakes drug tests and plants evidence.

I am not right AND wrong. You are in a thread THAT PROVES my point. I am right and you don't want to admit or accept it. Why is that? Don't like Black folks?

"your don't like black people" comment was immature, you're above that. I'll give your being around drug activity is not a choice being INVOLVED is! Then said person enters a system setup for them to lose.

if it didnt apply to you you shouldnt have even been bothered by it. a hit dog hollers. you didnt deny it either.

we are ALREADY in a system set up for us to lose. you DO realize that most of the 40k cases this bitch worked on were people who WERE NOT INVOLVED with drug activity right? they were COMPLETELY INNOCENT. so how is it that in the presence of all this information you are STILL blaming INNOCENT PEOPLE? this is exactly like blaming slaves for being kidnapped into slavery.

Who said we weren't in a system brah?

From outside in, what samples would a lab need to work in a non drug case? Powder burns... You make no sense.

Orlando cop who mistook doughnut glaze for drugs is disciplined

The Orlando police officer who arrested a man after mistaking doughnut glaze on his floorboard for amphetamine has been disciplined for making a false arrest.

Cpl. Shelby Riggs-Hopkins didn’t mean to do any harm, the Orlando Police Department concluded. She just didn’t know how to use the department-issued drug test kits.

The department had never trained her or anyone else on how to use them, according to Deputy Chief Orlando Rolon. In 2015, OPD bought 81 of the kits, the agency reported. In 2016 it bought 350.

Houston Police End Use of Drug Tests That Helped Produce Wrongful Convictions
The cheap kits were often the sole evidence used to win guilty pleas, against the innocent as well the as guilty.

The Houston Police Department has ended its longstanding practice of using $2 chemical kits to make drugs arrests, a policy that had contributed to hundreds of wrongful convictions in recent years.

The field tests have been used by police departments across the country for decades. Officers simply drop a suspicious substance into a pouch of chemicals and use supposedly telltale changes in color to make arrests for cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana and other illegal drugs. But virtually everyone in the criminal justice system – prosecutor, judges, lab scientists, defense lawyers – has had plenty of reason to know the tests are faulty. Courts in most states, in fact, bar the tests from being used in evidence in a criminal trial, saying the tests do not constitute forensic science.

In Scandal’s Wake, Police Turn to Quick, Cheap Test for Drugs

But forensics experts say too many other substances — Tylenol PM, for example — can test positive for illegal drugs like cocaine. The District Attorney’s Office said that prosecutors often ordered further testing to confirm results, but that suspects might accept plea agreements based only on presumptive testing. Even if a person admits guilt, defense lawyers said they worried about the precedent of plea agreements negotiated without the kind of thorough analysis that would serve as proof of a crime.

If this is true, this bitch needs to die... Seriously a relative of one of those she responsible for sending to prison needs to step up an put a fuckin' bullet in her skull.
