Can't believe we're still having this discussion in 2019.

Titans were a borderline playoff team.

What about the Detroit team that went 0-16 or the browns that went 0-16.

Only difference is that as many cats wouldn't be carted off the field.

But them youngins would be crying on the sidelines believe that.

The jump in physicality is unnerving.

*two cents*

An one of the all time great college team...

Would get the breaks beat off them by a middle of the pack pro team.

The 2018 Tennessee Titans are going to MUR-DER the 2001 Canes'.

They are not only going to beat them but beat them up. Cats getting carted off the field.

22 year old boy <<<<<<<<<<28 year old man whose fully developed his body and skill set to hit people.

*two cents*

Also, 22 year old zeke put 30 year old kam chancellor on his ass. Hell 22 year old zeke put plent of vets on their ass.

Fam...

Please stop talking. Because you are removing context.

Zeke and the Ohio State Buckeye squad he was on...

Would get the brakes beat off them by Cam Chancellor and the Seattle Seahawks Team he is on.

You're talking about one on one match up. You're not accounting the offensive collegiate linemen going against professional defensive linemen.

Zeke is going to be crying on the sideline by halftime because cats are going to be meeting him not only in the backfield but at the hand off.

*two cents*

so i guess none of yall are old enough to remember the annual college football allstar games vs the NFL.

the NFL's champ would play their THIRD STRING players against a collective college all star team. the college teams got blown out every year.

ALL NFL teams are stronger, faster, bigger, more experienced and more talented than ALL college teams.

it would be like what happened with Mayweather and Nasukawa.

The Lions would beat the shit out of them.

They pan the side lines before the half them boys would be snot nose crying from the physical BEATING they'd be receiving from those men. To say nothing of the score.

The jump in physicality is unnerving.

Last thing I’ll say on this. The NFL is taking more and more of the physicality out of the league. You can’t touch a WR without getting a penalty. You can’t lay out a wr going over the middle and pretty much can’t touch the QB. It’s glorified touch football at this point.

So my saying a game may be close is a protest of how pussified the league is now. But I’ve been in way too many arguements on this bitch in the past month and I’m not getting into another one on this. Mainly because I agree with you mostly.

Lol

You good here, Tex. That being said...:giggle:

How then do the colts have to first team all pro players that were in college last year. Derwin james been busting niggus asses since day one.

Zeke lead the league in rushing in year one. Dak had the best record in the NFC in year one. Facts.
Because they progress in the offseason and training camp
As soon as the CFB season ends niggas start training for the NFL. They improve their strength and speed
Then after they sign to pro teams they adjust to the speed and physicality of the NFL, which is nothing like college

You’re in here arguing with niggas who played D1 but you think you’re right
Lmao

It’s the internet and conversation about a hypothetical. By definition no one can be right. Lighten up mayne.

I was in the break room at the job today talking about college football with 3 dudes, when one of them says, "I believe Alabama and Clemson could beat the Raiders.", and the other 2 agreed with him. Me: "Shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down!" I can't believe that there are still people out there with that mindset. NO college team can beat an NFL team! Enough of this dumb shit already!

Theres no way a college team, can even compete with a pro team.. Those are two different mental games!! Anyway, your right!!

The two of us might be the only two old enough to remember that Brother.

There is a right in this situation. Anyone who played at a high level can tell you that

You can have an opinion. Until Clemson played Arizona, it is impossible to be right because it hadn’t happened yet. That’s what a hypothetical is.

The average weight of an NFL lineman

The average guard, tackle, or center in the NFL in 2015 is 6-foot-5, 312 pounds. Of the 159 players who have started at least four games as an offensive lineman since the start of the 2014 season, only 23 weigh less than 300 pounds and 39 weigh at least 320 pounds.

Your pride must be on the line
Last word

Bruh I really don’t care. I was just telling you that a hypothetical cannot be proven true or false. You can just have an opinion. That’s just basic logic.

I’m not even arguing your opinion.

Because I really don’t care.

So if you want to believe that you can prove a hypothetical, go right ahead.

Creatures are nuts man. I listen to sports talk and it's maddening. And these the same people that are allowed to vote. Fucking scary.

Yes. Baseball would be a better argument. A long time ago, a college all-star team played a team of regular MLB players, and they fair well. Outside of that, college teams would get washed playing against pros.
Baseball would be an even worse ass whipping. 9 outta 10 college kids cannot hit MLB filth. I know this for a fact.

Yes
College kids don't want it with pros in baseball
It's rare they make it within the first 5 years out of high school and if you go to college you gotta stay all 4 years

That's for a reason

Too much speed, strength, and experience in the nfl. Reggie Bush was one of the most dynamic players in college football. In the pros he couldn't do half the stuff he was doing in college.
