Funny thread. College Football is like the Coca Leaf. The NFL is like Cocaine. Every year the NFL picks up around 250 players from a pool 3000-4000. The best of the best each year. Most of them aren't going to make the team. The NFL gets the best of the best every year and many of them don't make it. Also, the College game has developed into its own thing. Often what a player experiences in college football is 180 degrees away from the pro game. I heard some coaches comment that O-lineman coming into the NFL have to be retaught everything because college Offenses are totally different now from the pros. It now takes about 3 seasons for an O-lineman to really learn the Pro game.
 
3-5 players from those teams in a given year will get drafted 2 might start 1st year.

A college team cannot compete with an NFL team...stop being ridiculous @whoever in this thread thinks otherwise
