Shannon and Stephen A. don't care anything about the WNBA they're still mad about what happened with Monica McNutt, Chiney, Andraya and other women earlier this season. They made this video a couple days ago sounding the same way they are now, it was like 4-5 storylines from the games yesterday and they didn't talk about any of them..lol
Shannon, Stephen A. and the even the WNBA organization are kinda on the outside looking in, they think Caitlin Clark can grow the WNBA but the women in the WNBA and the teams have been told over and over again by Caitlin Clark fans from the beginning that they are only there for Caitlin Clark, after last night's loss they've made it loud and clear that if Caitlin loses Wednesday they're going home with her

Yeah I've talked before about the media ignoring other teams to talk 2 hours about one team repeating the same question but asking it in a different way but these were CAITLIN CLARK topics from yesterday and they didn't talk about any of them. That’s why I said the WNBA will never reach the popularity level of the NBA. Because of their physical limitations, the best they can aspire to be is the product the NBA put out in the late 80s - mid 2000s.
That style of play was so difficult to watch, the league had to change the rules permanently to allow more free flowing play which evolved into the product we see today. The women won’t have the athleticism or skill level to reach above where it is now so it will always be an inferior product.
Maybe those types of images are the reason the league hasn’t succeeded until the white Queen appeared with her knight.
Now imagine if Caitlin Clark was being eaten out nightly by Brittney Griner; how would that affect her popularity?
I think it’s one of the reasons she’s being pushed so heavily “Americas sweetheart”
She’s not overly pretty, so every cave dwellers can relate and she’s straight so she’s not pushing the envelope

"Physical limitations" is the exact word to describe women when it comes to basketball, I've said before I've watched girls high school basketball, womens college basketball and the WNBA and they all look the same. I remember when my school district first implemented a girls basketball program, girls from the schools who probably never touched a basketball all tried out for their school teams and when they had their first game it was a disaster, the game took about 4 hours to play because it's like all they were taught was whoever has the ball that's who you attack so that's how it was for both teams all five players on defense would attack the one player who was attempting to dribble the ball. There was so much traveling and double dribbling and they were literally slinging the ball at the basket and backboard and guess what I still see those same things happening in college and the WNBA today...lol
