I gotta go with Candace on this.
You are trying to grow the game, you have to show up and play.
Also they can't compare themselves to the NBA.
The NBA is established and they USED to put on a better show.
Candace was right, you wear those shirts before the game to try and send a message to make that message even more clear you go out and put on a show for the crowd that makes them say "that was an amazing game y'all are right" but instead they go out there and bullshit for 4 quarters. That one commenter brought up the NBA ALL STAR game, I know they saw the reviews from last year's WNBA AllStar game and how people were saying how good it was and the NBA should take notes

Carrington was averaging 10.4 points and a career-high 5.1 rebounds per game after joining Dallas in a February trade from the Connecticut Sun.
With the Sun, Carrington was an all-defensive first-team selection in 2024 along with her Most Improved honor.
