Butthurt CAC calls out Panthers Rookie Donte Jackson for $5 tip

Fuck that waiter.

I would have a tweet that first recognizes the service industry and their hard work. Then speak about how that hard work should be rewarded tip wise. Then I would speak specifically about how entitled servers shouldn't get a good tip JUST because they're servers and speak about how his service was subpar.

THEN I would pose the question to the restaurant about how they feel about their servers and their policy regarding privacy of their patrons.

then I'd retain an attorney.

I consider myself a good tipper (subconsciously trying to dispel the stereotype that we dont til well)

but its money and he doesn't owe you a tip. sucks for the waiter but that's the industry he is in

I used to do this, but fuck whatever stereotype people CHOOSE to believe.

Earn your tip, period. I'm not going to reward bad service. I especially won't reward intentionally bad service because of 'what they might think of black people'.

Shit's so ridiculous what we have to deal with. If my service is bad, not only do I let them know it sucked, but they will surely know that it'll be reflected in their tip.

THEN I GO ABOUT MY MOTHERFUCKING DAY.

I will leave a 20% tip if they are decent and if they are outstanding I will leave more. If they are horrible $2! But I rarely get horrible service, then again I don't eat out as much.

It's a stigma out there that niggas are cheap and after reading some of these comments ..... :smh::smh::smh:

Okay so then from now on him getting shytty service should be acceptable? You can't have it both ways be a known shytty tipper and receive good service. You can't be a celebrity and be known for shytty tipping, news travels a hell of lot faster than it used to. Cats saying; 'get another job', is like saying; 'eat at home'. Neither one is going to happen. So fcuk him cause the next time he goes out and gets horrible service, I would be interested in why he thinks that is happening.

Tipping is one of those things that you start to do more often as you get older (and have a little more life experience and disposable income)) . In HS, I used to order a pizza delivered and I would be waiting for my change back from a $11.75 cent pizza when I gave him $12. I literally had no idea they expected a tip. Later, when I was doing college internships and would go out to lunch with the (CAC) kids who where hired strictly through son and daughter programs, I realized tipping generously and splitting the bill evenly where things people did when they came from real money. So I would cough up $1-2 every time because I never ordered anything over $10 bucks.

Now I don't think anything about tipping between 15% for decent and 20% for really good service. But I'm also a lot more vocal about sending food back or critiquing the food or service too.

It helps to know that some food service industry jobs really do pay a lot less than minimum wage because they expect tips. I was eating at the bar at a restaurant yesterday and I heard the 2 bartenders discussing a tip on a to go order and I think it was like $20 on a $18 dollar to go order. They were shocked and gave each other Hi Fives's. That's $10 each which probably effectively raised their hourly rate about $2 per hour so it doesn't take much to make their day.
:money:

I wonder if their is any correlation between people on here who don't tip and people who still order a good steak well done?

Sounds like the case as his cousin mentioned they didn't dine in. If it was just carry out, $5 is cool
If it was carry then, it's a definite fuck that waitress and somebody would get sued. There's absolutely not obligation to tip for carry out. Sometimes I leave a dollar if the person is nice, but rarely.

I tip well and have my steak butterfly cut so it’s medium well. You can enjoy your caveman style moldy aged raw beef. Only thing I eat pink is pussy

That service industry shit is irritating as fuck. Not once did this motherfucker state whether they gave good service or not. The service earns the tip. Period. Not the price of the meal. There is a lot of shitty service going on in the service industry that people don’t get in their feelings and tweet about....

The player was wrong that Nigga drew a smiley face in the zeros; he basically said fuck you take this five bucks and be happy

I’m a shitty tipper. Very shitty.

And it’s not personal. I’m just a cheap person.

Every cent matters to me.

waiters and wait staff REALLY need to stop this sh*t.

I'm a decent to good tipper...

but I could see VERY VERY soon?

that tipping no longer exists

AND THIS SOCIAL MEDIA SH*T will be a DIRECT CAUSE

watch they either add it to the bill automatically

or just goes out of style.

(like early on with Uber)

Fam from the Chi will get what I'm getting at.

No Tippin Pippin is legendary in the Chi:roflmao::roflmao:

The waiter was wrong for putting the owner in a compromising position between the team and his/her business. Honestly, he's lucky to get anything for a pick up order. Most don't tip anything
for that.

Personally, if I'm dining in, I have no problem tipping about 20% for ok/decent service and tip like 50% or more for great service. I had this younger waitress busting her ass quickly taking/moving orders to a number of tables while keeping a pretty smile on her face and making the other waitresses look a bit handicapped compared to her energy. I was impressed. Gave her a nice tip for that alone.
