Eight months ago I set out to create a DVD that accurately reflected my Ride-A-Long program. I knew that my Ride-A-Long experience worked, as shown by the success of it's previous participants, and I felt what was missing in the industry was something that was very practical, easy to follow and accessible to all; a very in-depth look at cleaning and personal touch service.

I wanted to create a product that you could show anyone and within a couple of hours they would feel confident enough in their knowledge to be able to pursue the creation of Life Time Customers (LTC) within the carpet cleaning industry. Not only do I feel that this goal has been reached but I know that every member of my staff has benefited from this DVD and that my company is the better for it.


Most don't realize just how much goes into a premium cleaning job.

A technician has to wear many hats...carpet cleaner, tile cleaner, upholstery cleaner, sales and service person and so much more. To simply create another generic carpet cleaning DVD wasn't going to cut it and I truly feel that my Ride-A-Long program encompasses all of the above, so it was time to bring it to DVD. To truly show a full days work of a 30 year cleaning professional, in high quality format, has never been done before. A DVD focusing on the creation of a LTC and not simply showing the "how" of carpet cleaning but the "why" as well. I honestly believe that the secret to a successful, profitable and lasting business is the formation of LTC's and this DVD will train you not only in the proper methods of carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning but also focus on turning any customer into a referral machine and a repeat customer for life.

That being said, I am very happy to release my Carpet Cleaning Ride-A-Long DVD as one of the first steps to what I believe to be a wonderful solution to a long time problem within our industry. My hope is that this video will raise the standards of, and appreciation for, cleaners like you and I, and that many cleaners, new and old, will see great success in the years to come.
