STOP not doing what you know you should do! Unlock the biochemical code that will free you to EASILY achieve ANY goal - for the rest of your life. You might think laziness, lack of willpower, and/or low motivation are to blame for the fact that you aren't achieving your goals. But fascinating research in the field of psychoneuroimmunology has revealed another, far more likely possibility. One with the potential to transform your life in a dramatic way. The typical excuses for not doing what you know you should are, in fact, manifestations of a complex, interconnected web of psychological, chemical, and neurological factors. When activated, these factors can effectively paralyze you - making it virtually impossible for you to take the actions needed to create change in your life. In other words, even if you're highly motivated, if you've got these internal circumstances operating, you AREN'T going to be able to do it. But while the biochemistry may be complex, the solutions are actually quite simple. Dr. Nick Hall reveals these solutions - and the fascinating science behind them. He examines all 10 of the most common excuses for inaction, and gives you specific strategies for dealing with each of them. Strategies that address the biochemical root of the excuses, and obliterate them. You'll learn: * An extraordinarily powerful stress-fighting tool that very few people take advantage of. * An easy way to instantly regain control and stay focused in an emotional emergency. * The mistake almost everyone makes when they organize their to-do list. * The first-thing-in-the-morning action that will literally reset your internal clock and have a profoundly positive impact on your energy level for the rest of the day. Just think of all the things you would be able to accomplish if you could break through the excuses that typically hold you back. This program will give you an incredible arsenal of tools that will empower you to achieve any goal you desire.

Yeah, it makes you think about how we take everything for granted

Man after reading that book I was like I got to change something. Heck I ended up going back to college and quitting my job a few months later. I looked at if as if they could do it back then I could. Three years later it was one of the best decisions ever. Folks try and talk about me, but once you get that epiphany nothing can touch you.

I definitely need to get motivated. I don't know where I lost it, but it is gone and I gotta get the drive back. Thanks to all posters and future posters.

join the Marines if you want real motivation....

I have gone further than that. I am good at following orders and take over when under attack. I got sloughed down when I have pedestrian things to accomplish and now it affects my combat skills because I don't care anymore and when I fail people die. so i need all the help i can get.

This thread is the silver lining to the dark cloud that has been my fucked up day!...Thank You! Can't even start to explain the feeling!!!...Thanks again, keep it up!!!

Hey Don, I bet your right, but there are some things that I can do that I know others can't, but then there are always those other things that I see others accomplish with ease, those are the things i'm trying to target and terminate or accomplish.

I got to hit you off with these jewels of wisdom from my older brother:

1) Start with small steps. Dont try to change your entire behavior/circumstance/life all at once...take small steps. I work at this everyday when I go to the gym. I used to do crazy sets, get tired, demotivated, and lose interest. but now I go regularly everyday and do a preplanned set of exercises that take less than 1 hour instead of being the gym for 2-3hours. Now my dieselness is back on track, taking small steps...choosing water over soda at the store, not grabbing that fast food on the way home instead of preparing a meal (smnall steps).

2) God does not GIVE you the blessings you ask for, he provides opportunities for you to obtain them. *** This one is multipurposeful too.
I had to use this one on a personal level when dealing with my parents from time to time. Nobody knows how to piss you off faster than parents. They know it too. But i prayed and prayed for patience..thinking God just give me the "patience" already,...damn!
but I step back and take a breathe when I deal with them now and even they have noticed that I have become more "patient". Even the goodbook reads (paraphrase)..Be faithful over few things and I will make you master (ruler) over many!

to all my brother on BGOL, You can do great things in life. Hell...you are from greatness. Its not where you from its where you are headed. have a vision and take steps toward that vision of " you fill in the blank here" The journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step...

Damn, I don't know which book to get:confused:
Get them all - they are free downloads. Beyond that- what area are you looking to become motivated in? See what motivational tools people doing the same thing used. From your posts you should download the Nick Hall video I posted and then check out his books. He's approaching things from a broad perspective that applies to any field.

I'm making a request. But I do have some questions though. The hypnotherapy I'm assuming deals with hypnosis and I'm not to sure about fuckin with the mind like that. I've always thought that once you start messing with the brain like that then you can be easily manipulated into doing things that you might not have otherwise done more easily. Is there any truth to that?

But I am interested in these hypnotherapy cd's.
