Brooklyn man arrested for groping girls and injuring cop

Park Slope resident Jesse Dailey was wanted after he approached and rubbed against a 10-year-old and grabbed an 11-year-old's buttocks on Friday. When a police officer tried to question him about the incident, he fought her off and dislocated her shoulder. He was arrested at his apartment late Wednesday.

Cops have collared a man wanted for molesting two pre-teen girls in Brooklyn and then assaulting a cop who tried question him about it, authorities said Thursday.

Jesse Dailey, 34, was busted at his 13th St. home in Park Slope late Wednesday and charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child in the groping incidents along with felony assault and resisting arrest for turning violent on the first cop who tried to take him in, police said.

Dailey approached a 10-year-old girl and an 11-year-old girl who were walking on Fifth Ave. near Fourth St. in Park Slope Friday afternoon. He rubbed against the 10-year-old and then grabbed the 11-year-olds buttocks before fleeing, cops said.

Three days later, when a cop sought to question him at Fifth Ave. and Ninth St., Dailey dislocated her shoulder and fled, cops said.

Assaulted two young girls and the female cop who tried to question him, yet no shots were fired. I wonder why?
