There was a private settlement and non disclosure that was violated

The judge took that sealed document and allowed them to use it as well as statements made under a promise of immunity to unseal his deposition.

This DA ran against the DA at the time by saying he would have tried Cosby for what he did to that woman when the other DA failed to file charges because she waited like 2 years, had no physical evidence or report and had sued for money.

When this DA won he made it his mission to go after Cosby
