Saw it last night on the local news 10 people got hit no.fatal injuries.
Those budgets for music videos have to go back up and I mean up to the point where you are spending $10K-$25K just on security and getting that hood pass (this is VITAL) to shoot in certain areas. From 2009-2019 was probably a grace period where productions got away with not investing heavily on security or the hood pass, but nowadays you have to be crazy or retarded to shoot a rap video w/o top notch security (private who are ex-military armed to the gills or the police).
Ex: Training Day. In order to shoot in certain areas that production had to cough up serious bread, give up the script, and have Faqua and Denzel meet the OGs that run certain neighborhoods.
