Actually, a southern part of Georgia is East Coast and has Atlantic Ocean coast below South Carolina.
Florida is the Southern New York where a lot of the retired and non-retired racist Northerners go
after well-done jobs against minorities and humanity has ended.
They pretend and want to be California and don't consider themselves "southern", but basically

Yeah I saw the reporting for that. My brother isn't on social media, and doesn't watch straight news channels. Any news he gets is from local broadcasts, unless he happens to hear msnbc in my car.
He's saying they knew he was crazy so it was their responsibility to report them. It's low key blame. Even though they did report him.
