So let me get this straight Ukraine just pulled off one of its biggest drone attacks yet, and the drones were built inside Russia… in Chelyabinsk, of all places?
Russian sources say they were assembled in a warehouse near the Kazakhstan border. If true, that means Ukraine managed to quietly set up logistics, smuggle parts across the Russian border, and launch an op deep inside enemy territory all while under constant invasion.
That’s not just impressive. That’s next level asymmetric warfare.
Russia can’t even secure its own airbases.
Exactly, which is what scares me about this attack.

This type of attack WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for a major terror attack in the near future because of a few factors:
1) very low risk to the terrorists, unlike their usual MOs.
2) small, capable drones and their components are ubiquitous in many nations.
3) explosive devices can be small when matched with speed and precision.
4) a drone is a superb platform for CBR attacks.
5) once a drone attack is proven effective against a certain type of soft target, a stadium, an airport, a refinery.., all similar targets will be forced to respond.

You don’t even hear about how piss poor of a decision what was and that Russia push the Ukrainians out of Kursk and about to take Sumy in the near future. Putin said ok you’ll want to take Kursk, we gonna kill all of yall and then we’ll take Sumy(he didn’t really say this)
