Having listened to him interact with the police here in 2022, I can believe Tyler Robinson wrote those texts. He definitely seems to be an awkward goober who would write like that.

He wasn't in the middle of doing dirt here. He was in a traffic accident.
It doesn't prove anything either way but I'm still not sold those texts were fabricated just because the language supposedly doesn't seem like a Gen Z wrote it.

It's hard to separate the signal from the noise because there's a lot misinformation going around. For instance, did the FBI claim he disassembled and reassembled the rifle?
This FBI is inept so what can be thought of as deceit may be incompetence.

forget about who said the gun was disassembled - just based on the videos released and official statments from the Governor the FBI and Kash P:
the gun they "recovered" doesn't fit.
No way that kid was limping with an almost 4 foot rifle in his pants. If that kid had the gun assembled in his pants while walking to the school - the butt would be in his arm pit and the barrel would have stretched the pants legs away from his legs
then - where was the gun / limp when the kid gets in the building on campus?
then - where was the gun when the kid jumped off the roof?
then - 30-06 ammo is loud - loud
I've been in the woods almost a mile away from a shooting range, when someone started shooting 30-06 it sounded like m80 firecrackers - when I was at the range the sound was like blockbuster fire crackers
If 30-06 was fired from a rooftop less than 200 yards away from the crowd...
everyone on the videos should have flinched / jumped and/or at very least turned to look behind them

Kirk said he doesn’t like the word empathy and that he preferred the word sympathy.
The difference in my view:
Someone buys a 100K truck and right of the lot crashes in a tree…..you sympathize with them.
If you also bought a 100K truck and crashed it right of the lot…..you empathize with them.
He was absolutely correct in the misuse of the words but it’s such an insignificant fact to point out.
My guess is that his narcissism causes him to point out how he’s always the smartest one in the room

People like Kenneth Copeland and Creflo Dollar flaunt their wealth. Copeland says he uses a private jet and avoids commercial flights because there are "demons" on the plane.

I've seen some photos, that may have been doctored, supposedly showing him carrying something shaped like a wrapped up rifle when he jumped off the roof. Somebody posted the Tweet in this thread.
I can't speak on what a 30-06 sounds like, but people were definitely startled when that shot went off going by the footage. Now, was that from the sound, seeing Kirk leaking, or both that caused the reaction is the question. Most likely it was the combo.
But, yeah, there definitely is a lot of bullshit coming from the FBI and DOJ here. If Tyler doesn't mysteriously die, he may end up beating this case.
