Maybe, I don't have any trouble using the phone while driving, but alot of chics at my school do the dumbest things while driving on the phone. And last week I almost ran into a guy who cut me off, when I passed him I saw that he was on the phone.XXXplosive said:Yep. All have something in common with Brandy...They all were involved in an accident and either badly injured or killed the other person ...and guess what no jail time but they all did offer to pay medical/funeral bills and they all live with the pain of the accident everyday....I've even seen non celebrities who were involved in horrible accidents like this and because they were sooooo sorry and flipping out and this was their first time involved in a accident killing someone (Not Go To Jail) especially if there were no (Drugs & Alcohol) involved. According to sources (A close friend of Brandy's Mom) that Brandy is severly depressed and that she is perfectly willing to pay out whatever money and say's daily that she will never forget the whole accident...so why should she do Jail time if no one else has....picture you being in this situation and it was truly an accident...what would you want to happen to you?????? and also some sources say that brandy has been having nervous breakdowns like everyday and wont speak...and currently put any studio sessions on hold due to anxiety and that recently a whole intervention of her family had to meet and force her to even get her out of the house to do even the normal routines for her daughter and herself.
Also some say that she was even turning her back on God and questioning why he let this happen to her...and that she was thinking about becoming a scientologist (Hince the whole chruch episode she had)
All im saying is i believe she is paying for her accident in many way's and doesn't need a jail cell to pay for it.

Picture ourselves in brandy's shoes?
Shit, how about the child's shoes.....or the husbands shoes?
Like I said earlier....
All the money in the world wont be able to replace that mother/wife.
Accident or no accident.......
I dont care if she is a celebrity or not....thats a moot point.
Yeah...accidents happen all of the time....until an accident happens to a loved one...then the world collapses around you.

Dr. Munhihausen II said:Damn....she deserves jail time.
Money cant replace a mother.

peterlongshort said:That's fucked up. I hope she doesn't go to jail, but when you rear-end someone, that's not considered a cut-and-dry accident, it's presumed that you are driving recklessly or following to close.![]()
