Ive seen some footage years ago of missiles hitting missiles but that was like skirmish. I'm don't think anyone has attacked Israel all out in long time.

Not an expert,but it sounds like they're basically exempting any state that did not expand Medicaid from the cuts. Which roughly reads as punishing the states that did by cutting their funding.
So the people who tried (or were forced) to try and help more people are getting their legs cut out from under them. And the ones who didn't can claim they did the right thing and are being rewarded for it.
Waste the fucking money some of that money could have went to FEMA
