I really don't understand how they pulled this. Especially with some of the parts like where he had to learn the name if he was never the zanpaktou anyway.

I like that they explained his quincy powers and fake zangetsu said that even when he was limiting ichigo he began to want to help
So he was trolling ichigo by making him learn the name or he took over when he learned the name? Or did he take over beforehand because remember he was calling out to him at first.
And does this mean it's not two sides of the coin being hollow and shinigami? It's three? So does it mean that his quincy powers were SO strong that he was able to suppress the shinigami powers or that he caught It when it was immature from the jump? If ichigo always was a quincy/hollow/shinigami, how'd he die and get a chain at the start?
Just questions I'm curious about.

Yeah indeed, and considering that his 'friend/cousin' has joined the other team it would be something truly epic. What I want to find out is if he still merges with his sword to form that 'final arc' and if he still has his hollow transformation, to me that was his best part!
Not easy Flawless, I wasn't looking for 2 swords, but I'm still confused though, does he still have his 'quincy' powers or did he really relinquish them? Cause to me he was still talking about 'Old Zangetsu' as though he was still a comrade, now we don't even know the name of the sword cause, hollow boy never told him his name, he just called himself the 'horse' and Ichigo the 'king' it will be truly interesting to see how this story turns out!
seems Zangetsu chose to stay with him, one sword represent his hollow side and the other his quincy. The circumstances of his birth may play into why Bach hasn't snatched his powers yet. Hollow powers my complicate matters...or that's what I would say if I wrote myself into a corner.

Ishida has been weaker but not by much
Im glad he's getting a power up,because he's the only who dont really get one...
Even Orihime got a power boost alot more than Ishida..
