"Black immigrant" politician in Michigan declares Black History Month offensive and unethical

BGOL fools are mad at a whole country because one coon who happens to be Nigerian is running as a Republican for Gov of Michigan. Something we all know he has no shot to win. He is a coon he saying shit white folks want to hear. You have FBA coons who say the same thing. Kneegrows are so divided and conquered :smh:. Seeing the reaction on this thread shows me how stupid and shortsighted most kneegrows are. Black folks have coons in the whole diaspora.

Hey Nzinga why so quiet? Why no condemnation of this ass kissing Judas? You're a defender of all things African, defend this shit. :hmm:

If a "Black immigrant" molested a child you would defend it and say people all over the world molest kids and deflect to Black Americans or ask whats the big deal. You have no moral conscious or accountability and will defend immigrants no matter what similar to MAGA defending whites no matter what. Yall are basically the same, you just have a tan. I hope you arent marking "Black" on any government forms.

Never were. Nice attempt at a deflection though.

And why are @Hotlantan , @veritech and @mangobob79 missing from this thread?!? :puzzled:

Its a deflection?

The GOP's been speaking against Black History Month for as long as I can remember.

They found a coon that could give them cover, just like they found coons to give them cover on fighting Affirmative Action.

But I often hear that "both sides are the same" here.

No, like geechie, that's what you choose to hear. What we say is that the Black American political relationship with the Democratic Party and its candidates and policies needs to be as critically assessed as that of the relationship between the policies of the GOP as they relate to the Black American community. For example, if a white Republican candidate had a "relationship" with segregationists back in the day, then people have no problem calling that out. But if a white Democratic candidate had a "relationship" with segregationists back in the day, then we're supposed to not discuss that, and anyone who does gets attacked. Or if there was a decline in Black wealth or employment under a Democratic presidential administration, then discussing that becomes taboo as well, but it's fine to discuss it if it occurred under a Republican.

I dont have a problem with ANY of that.

But how does what you just wrote equate to "Both sides are the same" ???

Brother your response is foolish. You do have child molesters all over the world you also have Black folk who protect and care for children all over the world too. Taking one coon from Nigeria and trying to say everyone in Nigeria is like that is stupid. The vast majority are not. I don't know why you constantly pump this bullshit. Your not even a good representative for ADOS because you do a terrible job trying to articulate their views. Everything you say is regurgitated and not your own independent thoughts. I understand as a Black man the need to belong to something and feel important your just going about it the wrong way.

This coon looks like an actual coon from a racist 1930s cartoon.

We not brothers. You dont recognize my nationality and wanted to kill me for recognizing Mary Wilson is from Mississippi. We supposed to act like she could be from Aruba so your ego wont be bruised.

No one said this guy represents all of Nigeria. He does represent "Black immigrants" tho and is one of your leaders. The bigotry and disrespect from you clowns is so typical.

Its one thing to critcise the dems or obama in a manner that informs and enlightens people to what to look out for in the future but you and others like to criticize as if there are other options other than democrats or republicans on the ballot when the time comes to pull a lever

Its agreed that the right-wing not only are not doing things to help the black agenda they are openly rejecting the black agenda (you DO agree with that right?)

which leaves the only viable major party left..the democrats. I said this before....Your sig is a picture of blacks as slaves to biden..something you purposefully did then have the nerve to wonder why people have ill reactions to you. I agree with many of ADOS points.. I disagree with how you all go about making them which is to make people around you feel dumb or sell out for the choices made under the circumstances of how our society functions.

You guys talk as if there are options black folk are just not using..when I ask what those options are I either get silence or some nonsense about not voting at the top of the ticket...we hashed that out in another thread and went you follow that option thru its just NOT an answer, its not a calculation, its an outburst of frustration and we saw how it worked in the trump years.

You guys keep talking about leveraging our vote and I ask LEVERAGING IT WITH WHAT??? whats the leverage? what are the options and alternatives???

Again crickets...

I said this before.....saying to not vote at the top of the ticket makes it easier to criticize everyone...I didn't vote for either candidate therefore I'm not a plantation negro nor a coon agent...I'm above it all and I look down on all of you fools for even participating in the system.....yet I have demands....how theyre going to get done is anybody's guess but dammit my position in this better than everyone elses!

Remember Vaiz voted for some mystery candidate that he is too scared to name or promote in anyway.

This has zero to do with "black" history month....

Its political code talk to his base..

Just substitute the words "black history month"

With all Moorish Americans..

He is just another Masonic coon

Willing to kill his first

Born and sell his soul for cheap

pseudo power..and fake money..which is really debt notes..

Another sucker who will regret his life choices..

When he has to reap what he does..

It doesn’t. That’s the point. You’re hearing “both sides are the same” when we objectively critique the Dems.

No, these posters actually write the words "both sides are the same".

If its not you thats fine, but I know you've read these posts just like I have.

naw...he finally did admit he supported marianne williamson in the primary she spoke out most clearly on the reparations issue (her and julian castro) and that's fine... the only issue I had with marianne is she just came off too much like a new age guru as she kept speaking in terms of spirituality and I'm thinking this is not going to settle well with whites and latinos and asians etc.. you could tell she wasn't gonna make it out of the primaries.

I've posted NUMEROUS graphs and charts and empirical data and information in these threads!! How many more do you want? Demobots don't care. What I began to realize is that too many of y'all treat your political allegiance to the Dems like a RELIGIOUS DOGMA that you cannot stray or deviate from, regardless of what information I post. Let's not forget that BGOL is the home of "Colin"; i.e. niggas taking pride in NOT reading something!

Its agreed that the right-wing not only are not doing things to help the black agenda they are openly rejecting the black agenda (you DO agree with that right?)

Not necessarily. Depends on what, in totality, the Black agenda encompasses. As I said, I believe in a moratorium on immigration - a position that people on the right may be more prone to support than the left, even though immigration has more of a negative effect on employment for working-class people and definitely Black people, amongst other things. Also, I believe in resisting the gay and trans agenda, and the right may support that more as well, since it is THE agenda of the left right now.

No one can make you feel dumb or like a sell out without your consent! :D People mock Antonio Moore for constantly harping on "the data" because of their own anti-intellectual bent, but it is the only way to get an accurate real-world gauge of the socio-economic situation we're talking about. And I personally do not care if people have "ill reactions" to me. The numbers don't lie, regardless of who is presenting them. And as far as my sig, it's an accurate representation of the "slave-like" mentality of those who unquestionably follow Biden and the Dems, and carry them through elections with nothing to show for it.

No, it's an option, but one that refuse to listen to or even understand the nuances of, so what is the point in presenting it to you? You only understand one voting "strategy"; vote for the Democrats and hope for the best, which is more of a captive vote than any of the "outbursts of frustration" arguments you are aiming at ADOS.

You guys keep talking about leveraging our vote and I ask LEVERAGING IT WITH WHAT??? whats the leverage? what are the options and alternatives???

No, it's an option but one you do not want to entertain. If Black people don't vote Democratic, then the Democrats lose. They only garner a minority of white voters (40% or so), and other minority groups fluctuate in their support. The Black vote nationally is 25% of their base, and it is their most loyal constituency. And we don't really "win" under Democrats anyway, and THE DATA (that you don't want to look at) supports this. But if the GOP wins, then those other groups, like liberals and feminists and pro-choicers and pro-immigration and LGBTQ and whoever else, lose as well. They will then need to come back to the table to talk with us, and have tangible PLANS AND POLICIES (not studies) that benefit us AS A GROUP.

No, it's because your strategy is to engage in an ad hominem "personal" discussion to take away from the greater macro discussion of the issues at hand. But for the record, I voted Green Party because reparations is in their platform.

No, these posters actually write the words "both sides are the same".

and after all that you also said
Our mantra was to vote down-ballot Democratic but to reject voting for Biden until the Democratic establishment showed respect to Black voters by producing a Black agenda centered around reparations.
even the link you posted says as much:
So...Why "Democratic" Down Ballot?
Since 1964, the Democratic Party has overwhelmingly received Black America's vote!
We have been the most loyal voting block for this party for about 50 years.

"NO BLACK AGENDA NO BLACK VOTE"

Forces the Democratic Party to meet the demands of a black agenda. We will leverage our vote for legislation policies specific for ADOS Communities.

so why isn't ADOS organization promoting the green party? Hell for that matter why don't YOU promote the green party?? you spend more energy on shitting on the democrats and all this time NEVER ONCE offered info on the green as an alternative...

And I'm sure your aware of their stance on immigration:
All seeking asylum should be given permanent resident status
All persons fleeing political, racial, religious, or other types of persecution must be welcomed and given permanent resident status. The history of arbitrary denial of political asylum claims must be ended. Particular attention should be given to those minorities who are political exiles and refugees and those whose lives would be at risk if asylum is not granted.
We oppose the militarization of our borders, (mis)using the National Guard as border police, and building a wall between the U.S. and Mexico. We call for the immediate dismantling of the border wall. We mourn the death of those thousands of men, women and children who have died trying to cross this border, where a couple of decades ago such deaths were virtually unheard of.

Permanent border passes to all citizens of Mexico
The Green Party calls for permanent border passes to all citizens of Mexico and Canada whose identity can be traced and verified. The "matricula consular" should be accepted as one means of proving one's identity. Work permits for citizens of Mexico and Canada must be easily obtainable, thereby decriminalizing the act of gainful employment. This action would help eliminate exploitation of undocumented persons by criminals engaged in human contraband (coyotes) and unethical employers. It would also help ensure that taxes will be paid in each corresponding nation per its laws. These measures will also help temporary residents from Mexico and Canada to secure driving privileges and liability insurance.Source: Green Party Platform adopted, July 12-15 2012 in Baltimore , Jul 15, 2012

Give undocumented immigrants a chance to become US citizens

Don’t blame immigrants for social and economic problems
  • Our nation was built with a rich tapestry of immigrants and we must continue to respect the potential contributions and RIGHTS of our new immigrants.
  • Preferential quotas based on race, class, and ideology should be abandoned for immigration policies that promote fairness, NON-DISCRIMINATION and family reunification.
  • We find particular attention should be given those minorities who are political exiles and refugees, including Russian Jews, mid-East Kurds, Tibetans and Haitians.
  • Our relationship with our neighbor to the south, Mexico, needs to be given added attention. Our border relations and reciprocal economic opportunities should be a central concern of government that is looking to improved economic, environmental and social conditions for both peoples.
  • We oppose those who seek to divide us for political gain by raising ethnic and racial hatreds, blaming immigrants for social and economic problems.
but hey no party is 100% perfect right...

I don't care. She put the issue out there. I only care about the issue being out there and pursued.

First of all, you need to make a distinction between my personal political beliefs and that of #ADOS. #ADOS views are clear on its website: https://ados101.com. You don't need to ask me what the #ADOS beliefs are when there is a website and numerous YouTube videos from Tone and Yvette explaining it in detail. You have no problem pulling the Green Party agenda from its website.

The #ADOS position was Democratic down-ballot. Some voted third-party for president; some left it blank; some wrote-in a candidate. I chose to vote third-party. The GP was my only option.

And you continue to call any critical analysis of the Democratic Party as "shitting on the Democrats" rather than looking at the information as presented. Why do you refuse to look at any empirical data? You can pull the information yourself. Mass incarceration under Clinton, Black wealth under Obama, projected Black wealth in 50 years. Go pull the information yourself if you refuse to look at what we try to tell you.[/QUOTE]

Of course not. I disagree with the GP's stance on immigration. I agree with its push on reparations. As I have repeatedly told you, I am in support of a BLACK AGENDA and reparations, not a political party or a candidate. I really don't care who gets it through as long as it gets through.

And that brings us back to a choice between the two major parties ultimately. you said

You tell me! You can do math, right? You can search for the data, right? I'm certainly not going to go through that work for someone who won't pay attention to the information and doesn't even respect it. But if we know that Black voters are 12% of the overall electorate and 25% of the Dem vote comes from Black voters, and Biden garnered a little over 81 million votes, then we know that over 20 million votes came from Black voters. So, without that 20 million, we know that Biden would have lost. 61 million to Trump's 74 million. Even if half of Black voters had voted differently, he would have lost.

This coon looks like an actual coon from a racist 1930s cartoon.
Those whites don't have no love for him, They're only patronizing his black behind for sport.
They see him as a living caricature from the past when they made fun of black people in a negative fashion with their stereo typing, racist cartoons.
They see him as entertainment, a novelty act for the "Good ol Boys" to have a chuckle while gulping down beer in their circles of friends.
This fool doesn't stand a chance in that state which harbors a lot of klansmen and white supremacy groups.
