Black guy goes crazy-murders 9 co-workers after getting fired

Damn check out the racist ass comments after the article. The anononymity provided by the internet gives racists the a sense of security they lack to feel able to freely spew their ignorance. I vehemently doubt that they'd be so forthcoming with others in their prescense. We should never forget how some of them act behind the veil. In other words fuck the racists...
it goes both ways. i work around white people and it would probably hurt my career if they realized i was sincere about my thoughts as opposed to being sarcastic.
 
Didn't stop mrs Sherrod from getting fired. The Barricade before was civil rights legislation, before that was abolition, what do you fight for now? Fighting gets you fired and no means to feed your family nowadays. Racism is all over, no one fights anymore because they've changed the rules on what discrimination is and how to fight it. The claim of racism, just like this case is rejected by both the union and your employer before it even comes out of your mouth. So the only thing that happens to you is you're fired.
Mrs. Sherrod was wrongly prematurely terminated after a edited tape surfaced which painted HER as a racist. Not because she alleged racism against others. She has since been cleared, offered a promotion, and has a law suit pending against the offending party. Not really a comparable situation there. Also, coincidentally, she actually won a discrimination suit herself a few decades ago against the gov. So even she is proof that there are remedies if the offended party proceeds accordingly.

And again, i respect your points and opinions, i just strongly disagree, as for what we are fighting for now? I say, dignity, respect, equal rights and fair treatment at the work place. Its apparent we dont have it, certainly not all of us. And the fact remains that your course of action, while understandable to a certain degree, is not productive or progressive in the least. And if all blacks past had responded similarly where would we be as a people right now? And no it isnt easy, but no struggle is. Again, as an employee of 20years, had you documented instances of discrimination, along with notifying or mentioning them occasionally to supervisors, union reps, you would have a hell of a case against whatever company you work for. This is fact.

I have filed paper on managers and supervisors that transferred across entire districts (with impunity) for fraud and conduct charges just to see it sit in Limbo for YEARS. NOT MONTHS FAM, YEARS. My boss resigned after having a heart attack - debating with an 1811 about correct procedure. A month later, that same 1811 was transferred after agreeing with the boss about company misconduct. I wish I could help more people out of these kind of ridiculous ass situations before it becomes violent.


What happened with Sherrod was a unique case. At that level of exposure, pens move faster. To the regular joe schmoe( be him white or black) that is NOT the case. There is no paper that will correct bad company management. Often times, legit factions are ran by subordinates that cater to each other, family members, friends and such, then pay off union reps with contracts and bonus increases. The law doesnt even come into it. I wish that were not the case but sometimes all your hard work and documentation only leads to a papertrail. The point is HE felt like there was no other way, HE hit the proverbial wall and this was his way to correct the situation. He knew what they wanted when they asked him to "resign" and he gave it to em... with two guns and a shotty. The surprise is in only how far he took it.

Its not always about correct protocol and reaching a higher authority when its you against an entire company. If the staircase is gone, who else do you go to.





Trust me, Ive seen it done. Two bosses laughing about wagers on how many people they could fire before the end of the fiscal year over good german beer and a pasta dinner. And with ease. They will BURY you in paperwork and litigation for years and starve your family out dry until your lawyers abandon you. Thats the game.





THATS WHAT THEY DO. THERE IS NO FIGHT BACK.

First off, don't expect the full truth from the beer distributor owners or the Teamsters union. Lots of sympathy for the families will be expressed- Hell I feel sorry for the families' loss. But he apparently went after specific individuals that messed with him.

His white girlfriend confirms his claims of racism but they didn't save pics or document the charges.

I have a case that would win... if presented to fair white folks. Thats what we don't have. There is no way you're going to get a jury of 12 without getting a fucked up white dude on it trying to influence the whole jury. But it doesn't stop there, there isn't a judge, lawyer, union rep, fellow employees that would be willing to take the blackballing should they /cosign on a case like this. There is nothing else to fight for so they will say its for money and not rightousness. Back in the day, everyone would agree there was racism and the argument is thats the way its supposed to me. Nowadays, no one will ever agree there is racism for fear of losing everything for nothing gained. Mrs. Sherrod was wrongly and prematurely terminated, but without the unedited version of the tape exonorating her she would still be fired no matter what her history was. White folks would never vote for Obama if she was still remained. This is what slips everyone.

Which goes back to my point about them "looking the other way" when they break the rules.
They simply pick and choose.
The saddest part is when you have uncle tom blacks in H.R. departments who know THE SHIT IS HAPPENING and turn a blind eye to to problems also.
one quick example of MANY:

We had a black dude dude who used to bust his ass working fall asleep on the job got busted by a white supervisor who snorts coke,brother gets fired with no unemployment.

Two days later white guy gets busted by a black MANAGER for sleeping. He raises hell talking how he gonna sue ect.... and gets slap on the wrist.

9 months later white supervisor finally gets fired for incompetence on some unrelated shit.

Once again this shit happens at any job any profession.

When you are young and green, you often fail to see the big picture, however live long enough and become wise enough, you will see exactly how the game is played. Like you I've witness the same racist fucked up bullshit, and I :smh: at the Toms who act like that shit don't happen on a reg.
 
I say fuck them white cracka dogs. I feel no sympathy for the devil. Most of those scum are devils. I wish the ones that lived could have died. I wish he had gotten more craka dogs. Damn that lady saw people walking out with cases of beer right pass security and nobody said anything.

With this guy they hire a private investigator and videotape his ass. No wonder he snapped.

He didn't drink beer so he sold a little on the side, the media smeared his ass with this stealing storyline.
