So, on Tuesday you decided to go pay her a visit to see what rates and terms they were offering. Lydia as always is looking immaculate or as the people on the Upper East side would say "scrumptious."



You can't pretend you're "Living Large" with Lydia since she has access to your Savings & Checking accounts, and there's a high probability she's involved with someone that works in the Corporate Headquarters.



Well, you can still fantasize, who knows she might go out with you if you asked?

This evening you went down to check the mailbox and you ran into Gisele in the lobby. No one's life is perfect, but Gisele always seem to have a smile or her face and had a way to make you forget your troubles at least for a few minutes.

So, you got into a brief conversation about the weather, and then she asked you were you good with your hands? If so, she had a job for you. So, you told her that you would do "almost anything" for her.

She smiled and repeated "almost anything, what do I need to do to get you to do anything?"As she said this she adjusted her bra (by the way, Gisele has, well let's just say amazing proportions up top).

Hmmmm, you said, and she just smiled, and said that her air conditioner was blowing hot air and she was wondering if you could look at it.

You told her that you would stop by in about 15 minutes. By now, Gisele had her "around the house" clothing and you're thinking she's getting closer to that "anything" status.

Your niece Tania invited you to a party that was hosted by one of her friends in the entertainment industry (Music, Film, Television, Sports) in New Jersey.

You took your friend, Will because you knew that alot of single women would be there (and you were correct).

Will locked eyes with this "Exotic looking" female and had no clue as to what her ethnicity was, but he just knew he like what he saw.

So, you told him that Tania might be able to provide him with some Intel on this female.

Tania told him to proceed with caution and stated that although she can not confirm certain rumors, it is alleged that she (Aliza) might have engaged with multiple people that he has seen on television.

Although, you've ordered from the "take out" menu at "Ricardo's Steakhouse," you have never actually sat down and had a meal there.

One observation that you have made is that a lot of attractive women frequent the establishment and usually come in groups, unaccompanied by male companions.

So, one Friday evening you're there to order some Crab cakes and Filet mignon stewers, and you notice and attractive young lady sitting alone, who appears to be waiting for someone.

You eyes meet briefly and she smiles. Now, several thoughts run through your mind:
1. Was she smiling at you?
2. Is she interested in you?
3. Is she just being friendly?
4. Is she waiting for her man?
5. Is she waiting for some female friends?
6. Should you approach her?

Although the temperature reached the 80s on Monday they still were providing heat to the apartments in your building.
So, Mrs. Peralta called you to ask you if you were still receiving heat (you were), and could you stop by her apartment to check her radiators?

You had a weird relationship with Mrs. Peralta because you had a good relationship with her husband, who was a really nice guy. Unfortunately, things didn't work out between them and they ended up breaking up (he moved out about a year ago).

Since, she's been "single" she lowkey flirts with you telling you how these young girls don't know how to cook for their men and how when her husband was there they used to have sex all night (but, he couldn't keep up with her). That was why she needed a man with stamina.

So, when you stop by she's wearing this...

Johnny wanted to know if you wanted to take a trip with him to Puerto Rico so that he could check on the house his great aunt left him, and see his grandmother.

He would only be there for a week, and his sister could get you a "buddy pass," so the flight wouldn't cost so much. In addition, you wouldn't have to pay for a hotel and could stay with his family.

You went and his family seemed cool, but his cousin Soraya Delgado seemed a little "too friendly." Soraya starts dancing with you and tells you that she likes how you move (she's lowkey hinting you and her could get together).

The problem is that Soraya is her Great Grandmother's caretaker and you know the family is not going to be cool with the idea of you doing "the nasty" in the house.

You realized that you had no milk and wanted to eat some breakfast cereal early so that you get up and watch Orlando vs. Cleveland this afternoon, so you made a run to the 7/11 around 4:00 AM. On the way back into the building you ran into "Havana" (can't remember her real name, but her parents are Cuban) getting out of a taxi cab and walking into the building.

She was a little tipsy, but was holding up okay and you decided to wait for her to make sure she was alright. The interesting thing about "Havana" is that she is quick to put a guy in his place if he comes at her wrong, and plenty of guys tell her what they would like to do to her sexually. So while you're riding upstairs on the elevator she tells you about how she told some guy that was "playing her too close" at that bar that he couldn't handle her in the first place.

You just listen and laugh, then she takes out her cell phone and starts showing you what she is working with...









At this point, you're thinking "maybe she wants to get with you?" Only problem is that "Havana" lives with her teenage son who is probably home at the moment and you can't bring her upstairs to your place either.

The way the apartments are constructed in your building your bedroom and the neighbors bedroom are next to each other. This means when it's really quiet at night you might be able to hear certain things.

Juli, your next door neighbor was kinda of "freaky" anyway and would take out the garbage in her sleepwear. She is top heavy and enjoyed showing off "the girls" whenever she gets the chance.

In addition, if you "accidentally" happened to be in the hallway at the same time she was taking the garbage out she would stop you and want to have a conversation with you.



Normally, this would not have been a problem, but she acts like she can't get the bags down into the incinerator and says things like "Damn, this is a tight fit, I'm going to have to force it down." Which of course is your signal to come over and help her (she tells you that she admires a man that can "put it down").

To make matters worse, sometimes you hear a strange humming in your place so you try to figure out where it's coming from. The humming sound is followed by long deep moans and screams (it took a minute to figure out what was happening).

So, when she came knocked on your door last Friday and said she needed a favor she had your undivided attention. She wanted you to take a few photos of her to test this new video camera she recently purchased.






Who knows, maybe you get "lucky?"

You ran into Kim (who lives on your floor) in CVS, and it was nice to see her since you don't get a chance to talk to her since your schedule changed.




You discussed a litany of subjects and most of your conversation revolved around television shows (Will Trent, FROM)

If you've ever watched "FROM" you would understand because there's so many questions and theories. So the discussion went from CVS all the way back to our apartment building.

It got to the point where Kim invited you in her apartment to continue listening to your analysis of the show. Then she told you that she needed to take a quick shower so you asked her if you should leave?

"No, keep talking, and follow me."
Yeah, your sitting in Kim's bathroom talking about a television show while she showered (Kim explained that she has done some nude modeling, so she felt talking to you while she showered is no big deal).



Somehow, you managed to continue the conversation without trying to "come on" to her, and you're sure it made her think.
