Last Friday you ran into your friend Nikki, who had recently come back from her vacation on Aruba, and she wanted to show you some photographs of her trip.

"Guys hit on her constantly, but just the wrong type of guys. For example, the last 2 dates she went on the guys wanted her to pay for dinner and not just her half of the meal, but the for his dinner too"

You told Nikki okay and Nikki wanted to know if it was okay if she gave Emmy your phone number?
You told her:

Of course you didn't think that you would get a phone call from her that night, but around 9:30 PM, you got a phone call from a number that you didn't recognize and you pick up:
"Hi, this is Emmy, Nikki's friend, how are you?"
After having a nice conversation with her for about 40 minutes, she asked you:
"Would you like to FaceTime with me?"
You told her that you only had the "FaceTime on your Ipod Touch and had never used it before?
Emmy said:
"That's okay, at least you might be able to see me"
You told her:
"That would be fine"
Of course you didn't think that you would get a phone call from her that night, but around 9:30 PM, you got a phone call from a number that you didn't recognize and you pick up:
"Hi, this is Emmy, Nikki's friend, how are you?"
After having a nice conversation with her for about 40 minutes, she asked you:
"Would you like to FaceTime with me?"
You told her that you only had the "FaceTime on your Ipod Touch and had never used it before?
Emmy said:
"That's okay, at least you might be able to see me"
You noticed Karla while you were on vacation with the fellas in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and you noticed Karla on back to back days at the resorts Swimming pool.
She had pretty face and long dark curly hair and when you first walked past her you felt like you had a "moment," whereas you were both staring at each other for about 5 seconds.
One of your friends noticed and joked about her being "a lot of woman," and didn't realize you like them that thick.
It's true, you usually gravitate towards women that tend to be more on the slender side, but you knew you were attracted to Karla and eventually mustered up the courage to approach her.
You had no idea you were about to be "played," 'but in a good way.
You introduced yourself and spoke for a while and she told you:
"I'm surprised you came over here to talk to me with all these nice slender women walking around, besides most of the time guys avoid me and the only time I get touched is by the warmth of the sun"
She played the self deprecating role to a tee and the more she did the more you tried to prove her wrong.
Starting with taking her out to dinner.
She looked over the menu and said:
"I'll just have the Caesar salad and a glass of Ice tea"
You looked at her and said:
"Karla, I know we just met, but please get what you like and don't worry about it" Pretend that you had to fast for a month and would not be able to eat for about 40 days (just bread and water). What would you eat prior to the fast?"
At that point she ordered a 32oz. Steak with French fries, a drink and an Apple Crumb Cheesecake for dessert (you didn't mind because you've been out with enough women who play shy at first when it comes to dinner).
Karla continued to play the "shy girl" role even when you walked her back to her room and you played along and once you got to the door you Thanked her for a fun evening and kissed her on the cheek, said "Good night," and started to walk away.
It must have confused her since you didn't try to sleep with her and she called before you were halfway down the hallway and asked:
"Would you like to come in?"

A few weeks ago your friend Julio came to you requesting a favor because he needed a place to stay because they found Asbestos in his apartment and at least 5 days to clean each room, but the cleanup was not scheduled for at least a month.
Basically he was hoping you could let him stay at your place from early August and possibly until the end of September (you told him okay).
However, he also wanted you to know that his sister Angi was supposed to visit him in September and had already purchased her ticket and he was hoping she could stay at least 2 weeks also.
Julio said that although he didn't have much money he would be willing to pay you something and his only alternative was some shelter on the Lower East Side.

"Don't worry about it, I got you and Angi is welcome to"
Julio worked from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and you worked from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (4 days a week schedule) so you would see him sometimes in the evening if he didn't work any Overtime that day.

Your coworker Luna's father is a long time New York Yankee fan and he was a season ticket holder and you remember meeting him a few times when he would drive Luna to work.
Although, you're not a Yankee fan you and him had a good connection and could talk about baseball for hours in fact one time when he came to pick up Luna, Luna and her mother, Lourdes laughed because they felt Mr. Gomez treated you more like a long time family member while ignoring Luna and Mrs. Gomez.
In fact, Mr. Gomez even invited you to attend a few Yankee games with him, but unfortunately he had an accident and not only required surgery, but would have to spend some time in a Nursing home for rehab.
That bring us to this past weekend and the Mets were playing the Yankees over the weekend and rather than see the tickets go to waste, he told Luna to ask you if you would be interested in going?
You figured why not since your friend "DJ" is a diehard Yankee fan and he would probably want to go.
The only thing was that you would have to stop by Mr. Gomez's apartment to pickup the tickets from Mrs. Gomez (ideally, it would have been nice if Luna could have brought the tickets to work on Thursday, but she told you at the last minute and the game was scheduled for 7:05 PM, Friday evening and Luna worked the evening shift).
Luna told you that you could go by her parents apartment and pick the tickets up from her mother and that she would call her and let her know that you would be stopping by (Mrs. Gomez said okay).
Now, Mrs. Gomez could have left the tickets with the Concierge, but wanted to make sure she handed you the tickets in person.
