Your 2nd options presented itself "out of the blue" because Tay noticed you looking at various schools website and she asked:
"Are you planning on going back to school?'
You explained to her that you considered it because there were a few positions opened that required you have a basic knowledge of Spanish.
Tay laughed and said:
"I can teach you Spanish"
You thought about it and explained that you would be willing to pay her and she said:
"Ok, we can work something out"
Tay added:
"Ok, but remember this, if I am going to be your teacher that means you have to do everything that I say, Okay?" "
Before she left:
"Call me tonight and we can Face time"
