From my take - the key is the 20K for Pell Grant borrowers who are typically low income
I think what people are missing is that they are about to cut in half the income based payment option which means the normal 10% of your income may go down to 5%
So if you make 100K, instead of paying 1000 a month it would go down to 500 a month...
I am sure people will still be mad though...Done more than any other president...

The other thing to point out is that the majority of black people who are complaining about student loan relief are black people who hang in mostly White spaces. Because complaining about the amount being forgiven or complaining about the fact that there's an income qualifier tells you that really the people who are complaining the most are the ones who could afford it the easiest. I have seen a bunch of Black people talking about the income qualifier isn't fair and all that tells me is that they're being the mouthpiece for a bunch of upper middle class white "socialist" who are trying to get over on paying their college debt.
Or just to lazy to pay their fucking debt....Like you spend $100 on jordans or any other thang but want come up with a budget to figure out how to pay your shit down....
