As high as 30%+ European derived genes in black populations throughout the south mostly from a male ancestor, this confirms something that has been reported and talked about in our communities for years. Namely white masters were raping the black female slaves and later servants.
In the next century I bet those numbers are reversed and you start seeing significant genes to the black population from white females.

I've heard all this before. Stuff like this can't be accurate concerning African People. African People are too diverse and carry all the genes for humanity period from the beginning of time, the gene pool is vastly deeper than a euro. A straight 100% African can and could be born with blonde or red hair, wavy straightish hair and a thin nose, this has been true since the beginning of time. We carry the genes for white in ourselves, hence whites being "born" of African people, which is also a fact. Which would lead me to the conclusion the DNA testing for "markers" is useless and cannot accurately predict the complete "racial" make-up for most African Americans. If you look at Nigerians or something right now they look just like like Most "Full Black" African Americans. But you can believe what you will brother, that's just my 2 cents. BTW I'm saying this and my Grandmother Is Native American and my Grandfather was part white, My father is very light like kid from house party and we both have curly hair so I'm not trying to be pro dark or something lol, or trying to prove I'm Blacker than I am. I'm just being honest.

At a third though it doesn't need to be all once you work out the numbers somebody somewhere in your genetic line has a good chance of having some European mix. Think about it like this you have 4 grandparents ( 2 dad, 2 mom) they each had 2 parents and 4 grandparents...so thats 16. Their parents and grandparents = 32 and thats just 5 generations back.
6 generations = 64
7 generations = 128
8 generations = 256
9 generations = 512
10 generations = 1024
By 10 generations back you have 1,024 individuals who directly lead to your birth, the chance that none of them had any European genetic influence gets smaller and smaller. The same goes for white people.
