BGOL review .. BATMAN V SUPERMAN... (thoughts, summary, spoilers)

Still can get over this movie.....

In what fucking world would you have Gotham and Metropolis right next to each other. You can literally see the bat signal from metropolis. So why is there any crime in Gotham.... When you have Batman and superman to deal with all the fucking time. Also... Are you telling me that it took 18 months for batman to meet superman when they are only separated by a Bay. It isn't like Batman just appeared out of no where.

Also why in the fuck would Bruce Wayne need a Wayne enterprises building in metropolis when Gotham city is literally across some water. Shouldn't a stock holder say.... Bruce this might be a little wasteful, you already have the exact same thing here in Gotham.

The more I think about it. The stupidity this movie is.
Some of your questions are stupid as fuck fam. At this point you seem to be bitching just for the sake of bitching.

Why it took 18 months? Did you not see he and Alfred building the suit that constantly had kinks to work thru and not see him finally plan his move once he got the kryptonite.

Why does he have a building in metropolis? Hes a fucking billionaire and head of multi interest major corporation. Why is it strange to have business interests and representation In more than one major city.

Come on bro.

if she has a plane...
you used a plane that was not introduced in the story as her magical caddy - I gave you multiple simple ways her character could fly coach and keep her weapons, to illustrate the laziness of this script...
its still a story - its coherent or it isn't

I don't understand why people are defending this movie. If you defend this movie then you also have to defend Suckerpunch and Amazing Spider-man 2. I will understand you if you tell me that you liked sucker punch, because Zach Snyder pulled the same nonsense storytelling and lazy writing... But kick ass action in that feces filled movie. Amazing spider-man 2 had the same problem with wanting to blow their load to soon and focus on world building and not the characters.

I fucking love DC. I grew up loving DC and I really want these characters to be done right and they just aren't here. Plain and simple... Disagree with me if you desire to but this is a horrible movie. If I went in with zero expectations and viewed this like "battle of Los Angeles" where I just wanted explosions and gun fire... Then this would be a good movie. As a superhero movie it's shit.

Wait a sec...You are the person who needs to SEE exactly how Wonder Woman travels from 'point A' to 'point B' anytime she appears onscreen... or needs to know where she keeps her sword & shield.... or needs to know WHY she's even on a commercial plane, dressed as a civilian.... doing civilian shit.

- Why she on a plane? Where she going? :dunno:
- Where she put her shield at? in the overhead bin? :dunno:
- Where's her lasso at? with the rest of the luggage under the plane? :dunno:
- How can she even get on a commercial flight with a big ass sword? :dunno:
- How she change her clothes so fast? :dunno:
- How she get thru airport security? :dunno:
- How come she ain't set off the metal detectors? :dunno:

So according to your logic.... the movie is incoherent & falls apart..... because all that bullshit wasn't explained to the audience. :smh:

Ok, I get it.

Dude the movie is incoherent. It just is. I'm still trying to figure out how Bruce Wayne can be at Clark's grave with Louis.... And then zip to whatever prison Lex is held at in full batman gear before Louis even drops the dirt on Clarks grave.

Batman v Superman On Track for March Box-Office Record

Who would win in a fight between Batman and Superman? The answer, of course, is Warner Bros. Early reports are indicatingthat Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is on track to earn more than $78 million today and somewhere between $160 to $175 million by the end of the weekend. That would make it clobber the current record for a March opening weekend, held by 2012's The Hunger Games, which clocked in around $152.5 million. A significant portion of this weekend's ticket sales come from massive preorders made before the tentpole flick's massively negative reviews started rolling in. The next few weeks will reveal whether those critical words just bounce off of the movie like so many bullets fired at Superman's bulging pecs.

http://www.vulture.com/2016/03/batman-v-superman-march-record.html

I think everyone agrees that it is going to make money, but I just don't see this having legs. Just from word of mouth. I have zero desire to see this again. It will need to dominate until April 15... That's when Jungle Book comes out and based on the response from the audience when that trailer was shown.. That shit is going to be another Disney win to hold them until fucking Captain America comes out destroying records in May6. I think it will likely get 600 million world wide but it cost them 250 million to make and they had to have spent another 200 million on advertising alone. That's not much of a hit.

2nd viewing thoughts:

  • Jesse Eisenberg is horrid, his story isn't clear. He hates Superman because he has issues with God(s) or because his dad beat him
  • Why would the world blame Supes for gunshot wounds in Africa and terrorists bombings in D.C.
  • Zorro poster at movies where Wayne and Martha Wayne are killed was clever. Batman was always a poor Zorro to me
  • The Asian girl that was always with LexCorp was sacrificed by Lex at the Capitol bombing ? Damn
  • Jimmy Olsen got killed in the first 6 minutes
  • Wonder Woman rolled her eyes when Lex talked about Zues and Prometheus, she's Amazonian from Greek mythology so she knows Zues
  • Lois and Clark have the sexual chemistry of Bill and Hilary Clinton during 1996
  • Superman used to be football, apple pie, hope and the American way... Cavil is curling, pot pie, fear and the irratible bowel way
  • Batman gives no fuck about killing or branding people in this film... Maybe he was pledging some new candidates Bat-Phi-Psi
  • Alfred and Perry White were cast well and offered some acting chops
  • Who gives a fuck if you were raised on a farm and wrestled pigs? what was that for
  • If Supes can go outside of earth's atmosphere then why does he need to breathe in the Krypto-gas of Batman's
  • Zack Snyder makes stunning visuals and SFX that saves this movie from being pure trash
  • I am the only one who expected to see the fortress of solitude when Clark was visiting Happy Feet ?
  • The film is soooo dark I was expecting Lestat to walk out and berate Bruce some
  • The score/sound of the film is very dramatic
  • What was Lex's contingency plan for Doomsday after he killed Superman?
  • Doomsday made me look around for Gandolph and Aragon
  • Superman is dumb as hell....why not give Wonder Woman the spear? Why not take Batman into outerspace?
  • I was expecting swim team Khal Drogo to pop up out of the water with the Krypto-Spear
  • Wonder Woman was enjoying the battle with Doomsday, her movie may be the one DC is looking for
  • Batmobile and Batcave entrance in the lake was cool
  • Superman had an open casket and Perry White was at the funeral ? His cover is blown
  • Alfred is more than a butler...seems like an engineer and mechanic too
  • Bruce wanted to hit Wonder Woman at the party... he even tried to let Clark know
  • Only thing I wondered about Wonder Woman was where are the curves ?
2mg2w46.jpg

  • Why the hell is Zod's ship in an populated urban area? Area 51 not available
  • Superman drops everything for Lois? he is Captain SaveHer
  • The Flash looks faster than the CW's.... he knocked out the robber and made it back before his beverage hit the floor
  • BvS is a much better film than MoS... the second weekend numbers will be crucial

one of the best reviews yet and I aint even seen the film

They have tackled that Superman as God in the comics for years...
EVERYONE calls out for superman and its the ONE he misses that destroys his heart...
because he has the POTENTIAL and POWER to conceivably save EVERYONE but he can't and its the REASONS he can't that usually make for the best stories...in the hands off a GOOD writer.

Zorro was always the inspiration for Batman

Come on bro.

So Gotham and Metropolis are supposed to be two of the biggest cities in DC America and they are next door neighbors... Get the fuck out of here. That's like Chicago and New York being next door. And if you have your main headquarters in Chicago/ Gotham why in all fucks would you have another equally tall building in the city right next door. Why???? Im not bitching to be bitching. It makes sense for there to be a Wayne tower in metroplies when you believe that they could be thousands of miles or even hundreds of miles apart... But they are fucking right next to each other.

Why would anyone choose to live in Gotham if you have this bright metropolis next door. Obviously this movie wants us to base our knowledge of these characters and this world from our previous experiences... Since they just dropped Wonder Woman in with full armor and magic lasso with out giving 2 shits to the few people in the audience that don't know anything about Wonder Woman. So it's safe to assume that Zach Snyder wants us to also know the distinctions of these cities. All the impact of the desperate nature of Gotham and why Batman has to be Batman is completely lost... When you have this much better town fucking right across the bay.

You can see the Bat signal from the top of Lexcorp????? Wtf...

Why are people defending this movie???? I just don't get it. And again I'm a guy that went in excited about this movie. Did anyone see me posting shit when the trailer dropped about this being a piece of shit? I really wanted this be great and it's not. DC has fucked it up.

The more I think about it. The stupider this movie is.

Batman was retired and came back in action not too long before the events in Dawn of Justice.

Superman hasn't been active that long in this universe so why would he be in Gotham all the time.

Dude the movie is incoherent. It just is. I'm still trying to figure out how Bruce Wayne can be at Clark's grave with Louis.... And then zip to whatever prison Lex is held at in full batman gear before Louis even drops the dirt on Clarks grave.
You must be retarded. :hmm:

You are assuming the funeral... and Lex's incarceration....are happening at the very same damn time, just because they edited the shots together. :smh::rolleyes:

As if Lex never has a trial BEFORE getting his head shaved... They just threw his ass in jail... Indefinitely.

Or there weren't any 'congressional hearings' about the deaths of a room full of Senators.

Ummmm ok. Lemme help you out... If you were 'paying attention'.... The ENTIRE movie covers a span of roughly 2-3 years... Not 2-3 days. :smh:

But let's look at it from your perspective:

- They fought Doomsday on Friday night

- Then Lex got arrested around dawn the very next day, on Saturday morning.

- Because they needed to have Superman's funeral around 11am on the same Saturday morning.

- Bcause Batman had to jet across town to the prison by like 3pm (during visiting hours ) to interrogate Lex.

- Before the article about Clark Kent dying during the Doomsday battle appeared in the Saturday evening paper, even though he wasn't even missing for 24 hours yet.

- Which MUST mean they only had 1 hour to organize a city-wide 'parade' for Superman's casket.

- Jeez... They musta built Superman's casket WHILE batman was interrogating Lex. :dunno: Cuz they didn't show it onscreen. :dunno:

See all that shit happened between Friday night and Saturday evening. In roughly just under 24 hours. That's the problem with the writing.

Because in your mind.... ZERO time passes between all the events that flash right before your eyes......... Unless the movie screen explicitly SAYS that some time has passed. :dunno:

They need to keep putting text at the bottom of the screen that says... "6 months later"... or "this shit happens next Tuesday"... in order for it to make sense to you. :smh:

Otherwise, you think it's just one long 'uninterrupted scene' that happens all at once, huh?

Ok, I get it.

Blame the scriptwriting for your inability to think rationally & draw simple conclusions without being spoon-fed every single detail, of every single scene.

to be fair -think of it like NYC (metropolis) and Jersey City / Hoboken /Newark (gotham)
there are a bunch of mega corps with multiple office buildings / campuses on both sides of the Hudson, never mind data centers and d/r sites...
Pfizer
GE
JPMorgan Chase
GoldmanSachs
etc...

 damn you're right. Fucking Bruce Wayne was driving from Gotham to Metropolis like he was leaving Jersey City to be in Manhattan :smh: The distance is supposed to be something like going from Chicago to NYC

Last summer, the Director Zach Snyder said in a few interviews that in HIS film BvS... Gotham and Metropolis are considered 'Sister Cities'... and the distance would be comparable to roughly the distance between San Francisco and Oakland. (Quote: "they are separated by a bay of water")

It's not the distance between New York and Chicago. :smh:

Where did they say Batman was retired in the movie?

I could just take the time and give a detailed counter argument, but you spent way to much of your life on this response. It's not that serious.

The movie has plot holes.

Zach Snyder added random shit to create drama to make this movie mean more.

It is what it is.

I don't like it and clearly you do.

We aren't changing each others minds on this topic.

So to avoid reducing this thread into nothing more then 2 grown men calling each other childish names over a fucking Comic Book.

How about I just kneel on the Spear like Superman and just say you Win.

That's where they fucked up in the plot and the writing.

They said in plenty of interviews before the film was out that Batman was old, jaded and retired.

Exactly.... It's too much shit outside of the movie. Like Robin dying.

Something tells me that all this shit is in the 3 version of this movie. I'm think (like some of you) that I'm going to save my final verdict of this film for the 3hr R-rated version. If it turns into the Batman v. Superman movie that I've wanted my entire life, then I can just blame the theatrical version on Studio interference..

Ok the movie just ended. I definitely understand why the critics didn't like it. The movie was all over the place it felt at times and was pieced together. Jessie Eisenberg portrayal of Lex Luthor was the worst part of the movie. The way they introduced the meta's (Justice League members) could have been done better. If you're not a fan things can go over your head. The best part of the film was the ending 3rd act when Batman & Supes Tangled along with WW kicking ass. Overall I enjoyed it but it could have been better. Better writing needed and probably a directy.

Yet another glaring example of a patently stupid question.

Keep going tho.

How is this a stupid question? I'm not the first person to post this exact same question when you have Metropolis and Gotham right next to each other....

There is literally an entire comic based on this exact same question.. (To note: I think the citizens were compelled into doing this, but the justification from the citizens as to why they would leave is my point) From a comic book standpoint it makes sense, but from a real world approach..... Why live in Gotham if Metropolis is across the bay? Gotham is a admitted cesspool of crime.

People live where they can afford to live bro. When has that not been the case with the occasional exception?

What plot holes?

Wtf are you talking about?

Dude, in this thread... you've complained about the dumbest shit, just to nitpick the movie. :smh:

Just because Zach Snyder didn't make the BvS movie that you (personally) had all set in your mind that you wanted to see... you call it a 'plot hole'. :smh:

Negro please. :hmm:

I'm not a purist in any way shape or form. I watch these movies for their entertainment value and nothing more, and as a neutral, I didn't really care for this movie. Maybe it has to grow on em some more, but there was a review online that was spot on... The opening hour or so was all over the place. I get why they had to do it, but it made it hard to follow and pull me in. So bad that at one point I fell asleep. The end picked up a bit but by then I was already looking for the exit.

I don't like Ben Affleck as Batman for some reason. He just doesn't work for me at this moment in time. And why on earth does he have guns? For the car sure, but using them on his person? Not a fan.

Jesse Eisenberg is a quirky Jew that they maybe thought was good for this role, but I couldn't get past his portrayal as Luthor. Seemed forced.

Jeremy Irons could work as Alfred but there needs to be another Batman in order for it to work.

While its decent entertainment, I think they can tweak some things to make it hit harder.

That being said, it's decent entertainment, but idk if I'd pay $18 to go see it again the way I would with an Avengers or Iron Man.

But seriously.... from this movie's perspective WHY???

Why is there any crime in Gotham if Superman is next door??

Yes these questions aren't necessary to the story or plot. They are unnecessary questions that were created because they creative minds behind this movie wanted to find some why to explain how Batman could get involved with Lex, Superman, and Lois.. without just thinking the obvious.. Why not have a Lexcorp tower in Gotham city and have Lex use that as his base of operations?

As soon as I saw the Bat signal from Lexcorp, all i could think about was.... How can Lex see this? How far is Gotham from Metropolis? It took away my focus from the movie. Like when Superman dropped the Bruce reference. A good script doesn't do that. It allows you to be immersed into the world without questioning the worlds existence.

But seriously.... from this movie's perspective WHY???

Crime will persist regardless of deterrents. I think that goes without saying. It exists in Metropolis despite having Superman as a resident so of course it will exist in Gotham across the Bay. Criminals gonna criminal. Even Superman cant be every where at once.

I dont think it was necessary to have Lex Corp presence in Gotham. Certainly now that we know they were just across the bay and Bruce already had business interest in Metropolis and which already gave him reason to interact with that element.
. Like when Superman dropped the Bruce reference. A good script doesn't do that. It allows you to be immersed into the world without questioning the worlds existence.
He's Superman. He has xray vision. I think we can connect some dots by ourselves. The film isnt without it flaws, but to me it seems like you are going out of your way to be over critical while asking some silly questions in the process.

Also what the fuck is up with Batman no killing morality. He killed in the dream sequence. Why not have him use gadgets to disable the gunmen. They should have had him shaken up by his use of guns. Then he blew up the gunmen with the bat jet and during the chase for the kryptonite.

Also why did Lois know to go for the spear. She had no ideal that Dooms Day was there or even knowing his weakness.

Its a dream sequence bro... One set in a distant dystopian future at that. Are we really critiquing his use of weaponry there??
If you read my original post after seeing the film I said that it would have been cool he brought up his dream to Alfred about the usage of guns. Even in a dream you would think Bruce would be shaken up by using a gun. It could have been a way to drive home the point of the impending danger the earth is facing from Darkside.

Negro please. :hmm:

I am a long time DC fan. I love DC.

Before you respond.... I know the answers to these questions, but I want to bring up all the dangling plot holes that were in this movie. You should not have to rely on what you know about the Characters from comics and previous media to enjoy it. If you want to create you own distinct version of your universe... you have to be specific on the details.

Really???

Are you seriously telling me that you read this entire thread... including the comments by myself and the others and you still want me to again point out the numerous "plot holes" with this movie.

Plot Hole--
A gap or inconsistency in a storyline that goes against the flow of logic established by the story's plot, or constitutes a blatant omission of relevant information regarding the plot. Such inconsistencies include such things as illogical or impossible events, and statements or events that contradict earlier events in the storyline.

To make it easier... I'm just going to point out the questions that I had from this movie. If you can answer then fine.

1. Why is Batman so damn stupid? Batman the greatest detective in the world allowed himself to be fooled by a dude that likes to stick Cherry jolly ranchers in other guys mouths, lick his fingers, and talk random shit about gods and monsters..

2. Why does everybody blame Superman for the massacre in Africa? Seriously... Everybody was killed with Bullets before he arrived. He pushed one dude through a wall and then they cut away to another scene. Everyone knows Superman isn't using guns and everybody knew that the Terrorist guy used a private security force. Then in the one scene where I finally hoped that he was going to explain WTF happened there. Lex blows up everybody. Come on now... Why were they using special bullets? Why was this classified? Lex was a private citizen. They were a private security force.

3. Why did it take 18 months for Batman to meet Superman? The movie didn't say anything about Bruce retiring after the Battle with Zod. He was still doing his Batman thing, yet Superman never said to himself. Hey I am new to this hero thing. I hear there is a guy in Gotham that's a hero. Let me talk to him. Or Let's go with the Movie... It took him 18 months to notice that I probably need to talk to this Batman guy about what he is doing.

4. How is Superman able to find Lois Lane no matter where she is... right before she is about to die ALL THE TIME. Yet he couldn't hear his mom getting kidnapped.

5. How did Superman know that Bruce Wayne is Batman, yet Bruce didn't know Clark was Superman.... Come on.

6. Where in the World did Wonder Woman come from? Why was she in Metropolis? How did she know that Lex had a picture of her? Where did Lex get it from? Why is it significant?

7. Why is she living in Metropolis or Gotham (couldn't remember if they mentioned the specific town) in a Apartment? How long was she living there? Why did she decide to leave before the battle with Doomsday? Was it because Bruce gave her a digital copy of her photo? Wouldn't she know that Lex would still have copies on his main computer, since all Bruce did was copy his files? He didn't destroy them. Where was she going? Why did she abandon humanity? Is she immortal? Is she a meta-human? Why did she take the hard drive that she knew Bruce was looking for, get stumped on the encryption, and then just give it back to Bruce, when she knew that there was a chance that it had information on her? Did she know that he was batman when she did this? How would she know?

8. Where did she hide her Sword, shield, lasso, and outfit when she boarded Turkish Airlines? Did she go back home to put it on? If she revealed herself to fight Doomsday, why didn't she reveal herself when Superman was outnumbered and the world was about to end? Is she as strong as superman? Why is she able to block Doomsday's lazer eyes? What is the deal with the Lasso anyway? Answer this question using only the material found in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. Don't talk about what you know from the comics. *Answer... You can't*

9. To follow that up, where in the hell was Batman during the Battle with Zod? In what universe would you have Batman sitting on the sidelines for this? You un-retire when the world is at stake? (I don't want to hear that "It was Superman's story and not his bullshit" .. you can't play that card when you have a team up in the next movie where he does join in to help Superman) Zod was a much bigger threat at the time then Doomsday was even in this movie.

10. What in the Hell was Lex's end game here? Did he think he was going to control Doomsday? If he set in motion the Superman v. Batman battle before he had access to the ship... did he just hope that Batman was going to kill Superman and then he just created Doomsday as a fall back? Then what???? Was Superman in his way of accomplishing something? I don't know, because the movie never said it.

11. Why did Lex blow up Mercy?

12. Why does Lex have a hard drive full of meta humans? What is the Meta human thesis? Why is he so obsessed with them? Why did he give them individual symbols? Why were there only 4 colored folders? Are they the only meta humans on the Planet? Why didn't Clark Kent/Superman have a folder? Why didn't he have a folder on Batman/Bruce Wayne... since it appeared that he didn't know whether Batman was a metahuman or not... based on this movie.

13. What are meta humans in this world... They weren't mentioned in Man of Steel? Does the government view them as a threat? Is Wonder Woman a metahuman? (As a fan I know, but as a movie goer... did the movie tell me)

14. Why was Wayne Manor empty and possibly burned? What happened there?

15. Why do Clark Kent and Lois Lane love each other? (stole this question from vox.com, but it is a good point)... Answer this question using only the material found in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. Don't talk about their love story from the comics or from other Superman films. *Answer: You can't... they never talk about it.*

16. Why would Batman immediately become Superman's ally after hearing their mom's have the same first name? Was it because he saw that if Superman could have a mom then he is a man and not a god or was it because he saw that he had an opportunity to save Martha (i.e. his mom) this time when he failed to do it as a kid? I think the movie did make a reference to this with a line by Batman before he left to go rescue his mom.

17. Why was Batman willing to use a gun and kill people, yet he always had visions of his Parents getting killed by a Gun? Why did he have all these dreams? Did he have them all the time? Why was he having them? Was he just crazy?

18. What the fuck was going on in the Desert dream sequence? What was any of that about? Again... Answer this question using only the material found in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. Don't talk about what you know from the comics or from other Superman films. *Answer: You can't....*

19. Was it a dream sequence, an actual event, or a premonition?.... Again... Answer this question using only the material found in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. Don't talk about what you know from the comics or from other Superman films. *Again Answer: You can't....*

20. Who was that in the dream/event/premonition talking to Batman? Answer this question using only the material found in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. Don't talk about what you know from the comics.

21. If Superman knew that he was walking into a trap with Batman, why didn't he just tell Batman that Lex Luther has his mom? He had several times to tell him. Even after he has hit with Kryptonite.

22. At what point did Lex find out that Clark Kent was Superman? Was it before he got on the ship or after? I don't remember the ship from Man of Steel having that type of information about Clark's family on it. Maybe it did. Let's say that it did. How would zod's fingerprints allow Lex to gain so much control over the ship that he is able to create his own username and password?

23. What is Batman's plan for getting Superman to fight him? (Again, stolen from vox.com, but another extremely good point) Seriously... He turns on the Batsignal and waits in a warehouse. Yes I know Clark said don't turn on the signal again or there will be trouble. But what is the fucking likelihood that Batman would set up this fight... THE EXACT same time that Lex kidnapped Superman's mom and gave him 30 minutes to kill the Bat. It's not like the movie showed that Lex was spying on Bruce and knew what he was planning and when it would happened. Lex just set in motion Bruce getting Kryptonite. Which by the way was a Stupid plan, because let's say... Batman did kill Superman. Well now Batman knows you were behind everything, because you basically told him by leaving all these obvious clues.

24. Why did Martha appear to be badly beaten with the words "Witch" written on her forehead in the photos shown to Clark, yet perfectly fine with minor damage (if you could call it that), but nothing was written on her head when Batman saved her? Did Lex use Photoshop? If so Why?

25. What was that in the Batcave? Was that a monument to Robin? Is there a Robin in this universe? Why was something written on it? Where did it come from? Who wrote that? Answer this question using only the material found in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. Don't talk about what you know from the comics. *Answer: you can't*

26. How was the Ship able to give the Lex the secrets of the universe and create Doomsday if it only had 37% power. Wouldn't something like that take up way more then 30%? Did Lex connect the ship to the city's power? Is that why all the lights went out right before Doomsday was born? Again... no explanation.

27. Why was there a scene with Superman just randomly dragging a capsized ship in the Antarctic or North Pole by it's anchor chain? It was clearly empty. There was no one to save. Yet there he was... walking on frozen water, dragging a fucking ship behind him. If you can answer that question... then you truly are a God among us.

28. Why did Louis know to go back for the spear? (Great point by @chislee) She didn't know what Doomsday weaknesses were. Hell she didn't even what the fuck Doomsday was. She did know at that time that the spear could kill the man she loved. So why go back and bring to the battlefield the one thing that could definitely kill Superman?

I could continue.

I'm not picking it apart to just pick it about... these are legitimate plot holes.

I already know some one is going to reply to this with the.... "OMG you are retarded" BS and continue to try to Defend this movie by breaking down my points. But the problem is that... You can't answer any of these questions from this movie or Man of Steel without using shit from outside the movie. And that ladies and gentlemen is what keeps this from being a good movie. I will give it some credit and say that it is Ok. Maybe I am being to harsh on it, but I expect better from DC. I don't care if they want a dark tone. I love the dark tone. I love the gritty nature. Hell I can be fine with Batman killing people. You just have to explain the shit. You can't use the Tyler Perry technique and just put some random scenes together and rely on the audience to come to their own conclusion. I'm hard on this movie... Just like I was hard on Transformers 2. I'm willing to take off my fanboy blinders and be critical of bullshit, because I know they can and should be better then this.
