BlogTalkRadio would be the best forum for this kind of thing, but that’s a pay service. YouTube Live is a good option but requires you to have a channel with at least 1,000 subscribers to participate (which I do have). There’s also Zoom (which I have through my job).

Then there’s Google Hangouts, but I’m not sure if you can call into that. Let me know if you want to test that, though.
