BGOL Headphone Owners Thread

I have some of these as well! Love them.

Yeah, they're great and cost less than $40

Beats By Dre turned headphones in to some status symbol shit :smh:

Ahhhhhh... I was reading the Musician's Friend catalog the other day, and I wondered why Quincy Jones suddenly had a signature set of "cans." That explains it. If you're a headphone manufacturer and you want to compete with a company that Dre endorses, whose name are you going to put on your product...

Was ready to spend at least $50 for a good set. I saw these at Walmart for like $20 and was shocks at how good they perform. Good mids and highs and the bass is crisp and clear. Dont sleep.

$50 is about as much as I will spend... unless they are the holy grail of noise-canceling head phones.

For the price these are the cream of the crop....:yes::yes:

had some grados since 2004 that were awesome in the bass department for REAL cheap and I got these last year and havent broke them in because I bought a really nice home theather system so I don't really listen to headphones like I used to but the sound so warm and rich and I havent even put 400 hours on them yet. Ive been tempted to just let them burn over night I can't imagine them sounding any better.

anywho, i use klipsch image SC 4. they're in ear buds. i dont like the over the head joints :smh:.

cnet gave them higher score than the ibeats and the beats tours. and they were labeled the best earphone on the market under the 100 dollar range.

for earphones this small they pack a punch.

Tune out the external environment and tune into your own private concert experience anytime, anywhere with the Image S4. These noise-isolating in-ear headphones deliver dynamic sound and unequaled comfort for a price that's easy on the wallet. These reasonably priced, high-performance earphones go above and beyond what you'd expect from the stock earbuds that come with your MP3 player or music phone. In fact, you'll find Klipsch headphones are far superior to other brands - delivering unequaled comfort, noise isolation, musical accuracy and bass. Furthermore, Klipsch has managed to take its decades of research and development experience to value engineer the Image S4, while staying true to its audiophile heritage.

when it come to earphones/headphones its about preference and how YOU like your music. high or low mids, high or low highs, base and etc. you got to find whats best for you. if i was you i'll just try every headphone in best buy since they give you your money back guaranteed.

I had those until I broke the plug on them. I would've got another pair but I went ahead and upgraded to the HD555s since they dropped from $170 to $85 plus free shipping and no tax.

They sound incredible, especially with 320kbps files, it's like how music is supposed to sound. You'll hear things in your music you didn't notice before.

Great highs, mids and bass.

The phones are open so music flows out both sides of them and sometimes the music flows out so much that the phones start vibrating on my ears.

They're a good steal for 85 dollars.

They comfortable too, the cushions feels like velvet and they should fit any size ear or dome. And all the pieces are replaceable, like if the cord breaks, you can take it out the phone and order another one.

this sounds interesting, too bad i dont mess with over the hear earphones.

Please can anyone recommend decent priced DURABALE headphones (under $30) that can be used for jogging/gym. The pair i currently own have a tendency to fall out of my ears, which is really annoying. :(

I appreciate any advice given

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

them beats headphone aint bad but its not the quality that sells its the name.
people are too stupid to know that there are ear/headphones thats just as good and even better than the beats :smh:. i did my research, listen to word of mouth, and brought/return headphones. these are the best for me. i like in ear and not the over head, so these in ear are the bomb. the security guard at best buy said he brought them and he was set .

Skull candy's???

Skull Candy's are trash. They just look nice. If you compare the sound quality to some of these brands these brothers are mentioning, you'll be devastated.

I bought some Skull Candy over the ear headphones for 50 bucks from Best Buy for my ipod - and them bitches didn't sound any better than the earbuds that came with the ipod. :smh:

yea, them bitches got me too when they first came out. spent like 60 on some, and they werent even better than $20 sony monitors. i'm rocking some jvc's now.

The buds are Shure...old,forgot the model,Ec3 maybe.

The Senns HD-25,I think...very secure, good for hiking or running.

The Grados...are not for everybody, some folks love them, some hate them.I have had them over a year, and have not used them much...undecided.

They are ok with me comfort wise...it's just that they have that 'Grado sound',which seems very high and tinny.I bought them because they are open...and I wanted to hear the outside around me.

Maybe they will wear in and grow on me...else on eBay they go.

You read my mind.
I've been looking at these on AMAZON for a year.
I notice they've finally dropped in price a few weeks ago.
So I'm going to order them this week.
May order a pair for The GrandFather for FATHER'S DAY too.

I've been having a hard time looking for replacement pads for my HD 280PROs and my HD515s. That's why I plucking down for the HD555s.

I hated sticking shit in my ears.
Earbuds have been totally uncomfortable to me.
But since Summer's almost here.
I'm going to have to break for something more for the hot weather.
But also provides great sound isolation and comfortability.

Anyone got any great suggestions?
