Best 1st round ever in boxing?

This is the second best and hagler and hearns got this by a mile.

But is defense, clinching, and using a variety of creative combos taken into consideration when talking about a good fight?

This is a offensive fight wit all hooks

The Best Fight in the history of boxing probably.

On a sidenote..........someone in this thread has no idea what boxing is about.I'm not mentioning names but you know who you are.

Clinching and tying you opponent up should only be allowed if your opponent has you on the ropes where you can't get away ... (especially in a corner) other than that you should have to bob and weave, stick and move or back peddle that square circle to get him off you. :yes:

Hugging in the middle of the ring looks like we should be watching ballroom dancing. :lol:

==========================================

Truly the best 1st round. Had Hearns not broken his right hand he might have been able to keep Hagler off his ass. The story is, and I may be wrong, Hagler was told they were going to stop the fight due to severe cuts.

Hagler was the man. The good old days of boxing when they didn't put everything on ppv

whatever Hearns and Hagler got paid - it wasnt enough

those two really disliked each other & it showed in the ring
