Thing is, these dudes wanna battle over hurt feelings, not for the love of the game or just for the competition. That is hip hop, this is some whole other(read: bitch) shit.

These are usually the best war/battles to watch when your a spectator and dont favor either side.

Personal issues does not make a true lyrical battle, it's wanting to be the best lyrically that does.

The personal issue's is the fuel to that lyrical fire which can start out as a spark an turn into a blaze that when said can be hotter than a blue fame thats on a stoves range.Its whats needed when stepping into the ring.

The battles dating back to Kool Moe dee vs LL,UTFO vs Shante,KRS1 vs Shan...ect,haven't been as personal but they have always gettin hiphop audience attention at its core and besides some of the biggest artist/lable's have thrived off of their introduction into that areana(battle) where it was more than just personal,it was a dog eat dog world(Hint:deathrow).
