The racial cannibalism is off the charts in that area, it isn't about crime or murder. Being in an area with affluent black people, you would run into the same problems.

Some of these renovations look nice, just not a big fan of row houses in an area with population decline.

Some of these row home are damn near 100 years old, having been built in the early 1900's.

North Philly crib I grew up in was built in 1925, it goes on for blocks and blocks with row homes all built around the same time.
Yeah man I got a lot of family in North Philly and my aunts house hasn’t been updated since my uncle and her moved in probably in the late 50s.
