If I lived in that state I would rush to take advantage of that. Right now I do not have the money to go to another state to see if that is true.
The racial cannibalism is off the charts in that area, it isn't about crime or murder. Being in an area with affluent black people, you would run into the same problems.
Some of these renovations look nice, just not a big fan of row houses in an area with population decline.
Yeah man I got a lot of family in North Philly and my aunts house hasn’t been updated since my uncle and her moved in probably in the late 50s.
