They have nerfed the SHIT out of the Hulk. At least Thor got a power-up in this movie. They formatted the Hulk to fit Mark Ruffalo.
I understand. You probably don't read comics and only know these characters through the movies or maybe a couple of cartoons. The fact that you compared Hulk's strength to Thor instead of vice-versa is an indication of that.
I knew they were going to do Professor Hulk, who is the weakest incarnation of the Hulk so it would give Mark Ruffalo the most opportunity to run lines and still remain relevant in a fight. Hulk has been weak as shit in the MCU. In the comics, Hulk has fought Thanos and didn't get his ass whooped like he did in A:IW. Also, in the comics, Hulk has a healing factor close to or equal that of Wolverine and has come back from being reduced to almost nothing.
Secondly, Captain Marvel is OP as fuck in the movies compared to her counterparts. Kevin F. has been saying this for a minute. This is Disney's work because Disney's money base is primarily female and they are pushing this "The future is female" divisionist mentality (see: Star Wars: TLJ) for profit and eventually social control purposes. I mean, Mickey Mouse saved the universe by bringing Ant Man back. These MFs are scheming on a subliminal level. Truth be told, a lot of people are just sick of extreme character revisions that serve purposes other than the story. The female Avengers assembled scene was cool but odd and out-of-place as fuck in the middle of a battle. Only the women? Really? Okay, whatever. Feminists fan service done. I guess that's more important to them.

My only disappointments were Hulk reduced to being a nerd and not kicking any ass at all. I just knew he was going to step up and beat the shit out of Thanos. Nope. Also lack of action from Captain Marvel until the end of the movie. No more Iron Man or Black Widow.

First off, I collected Avenger’s books in the 70’s And have known these characters for 40 years. I also know that movies and comics are different. I know that Tony Stark was a raging alcholic in the comics. And that the vision’s brain was based on Wonder Man’s brain patterns and that his body was that of the original Human Torch. I also know in the comics, Wanda is a mutant and magneto’s daughter. None of this happens in the movies. So I don’t expect the movies to mirror the comics. Some people feel that black panther was made more important in the MCU than he is in the comics to serve purposes other than the story. It’s a bullshit take, just like yours.
So if you want the comics, you have the comics. No one made you buy tickets to these movies. Just read your comics and you’ll never be disappointed.

I don't expect the movies to mirror the comics but if you are going to base a movie and characters on comics, use the story from the comics, and expect the comic fan base to spend their money on the movies, then what's wrong with expecting some degree of adherence to the source material? They completely ripped Captain Marvel's origin story to shreds and shat on more than a few characters to eek out that mediocre ass CM movie and for what? Just for some feminist propaganda? That is completely contrary to what the Avengers is about. It is about teaming up and becoming stronger as a unit, not some childish ass men vs women bullshit that the upper echelons of western society are currently conditioning your children (and apparently you too) to believe.
Its crazy how people can't even see the dividing lines and how social enslavement is being sold under the guise of "equality" and victimhood reform in the west.

And, they did reduce the male characters' strengths to attempt to make the female characters look stronger. That is condescension at its worst, IMO. The women of Marvel are strong. Scarlett Witch's House of M story proves that. (Sorry, comic book reference. I know that offends you since we are talking about the movies). The propaganda in these movies serve as a dividing mechanism rather than a unifying one and you can't be pissed if people notice and think "male fragility" or whatever buzzwords you learn in your women's studies class will explain away those observations.

If they were really pushing a feminist agenda, Captain Marvel would have put on the gauntlet and saved the day. In the end, a man came up with the plan to undo the snap, a man used the gauntlet to bring everyone back, and a man saved the world and is heralded as the hero. The women in the movie, at most, get in a few licks on thanos. That’s all.
And yet, that 10 minutes out of 3 hours has you on a forum writing posts about how your masculinity feels hurt because you feel they made the Hulk weaker than the comics. And that it was a plan to make women seem stronger so that men could save the day and be the heroes.
Bottom line is if your masculinity is threatened by a comic book movie, you didn’t have much to begin with.
Besides, who outside of a 12 year old sits around being vexxed about who’s the strongest in a comic book movie?
And who sees a global conspiracy against men in it.

If they are going to cherry pick source material and commit grand omissions then why even use it at all? Why not just make up something new altogether if they are so creative? RiRi Williams is a weak and annoying character and Thor sales went to shit when Jane Foster became Thor, so.... SJW comics don't sell. They couldn't light a fire under Capt. Marvel comics with a blowtorch, and a damn movie. The fans have spoken.
And IRON MAN snapped, not just "a man" but the man who led the franchise and who's story arc has fueled the MCU. The team defeated Thanos. That is how it should have been. Scarlett Witch could damn near take Thanos, so FOH with that other mess. Its about the characters, not gender. That's my point. Read House of M.
Marvel has interesting female characters already but they are hell bent on an agenda that is not selling books. Disney doesn't give a shit about Marvel unless they are making Disney money. The books only serve as partial source material for them to sell movies.
The fans want a Black Widow movie. Explain that. Frail male egos can't take her kicking the shit out of spies? Then why do they want to see her doing it? Because unlike Captain Marvel, people actually LIKE Black Widow. The Scarlett Witch House Of M story would be great even though they've fucked it up with Tony's death. Everybody likes Rogue and The Dark Phoenix drops in June, so it ain't all of the female characters fans have a problem with; just the forced ones.
