My theory about parts of the movie
The Cap we see in the trailer is from the past. He's clean shaven and wearing the Winter Soldier outfit. AntMan is standing next to the van they used at the end of AntMan and the Wasp. AntMan either brought him forward in time or brought Black Widow back or both.

The teaser was great. It left a lot to be desired, in which it should. They showed exactly what was needed right now.
The full trailer will show a bit more but like others have said, it can’t show too much do to other movies hitting the scene before Avengers.

If they gave away the movie you would be even more mad. What did you really expect. The showed a Ronin and Ant Man spoiler. Personally I would have waited even longer for those reveals. Everyone on earth is going to see this movie. So it doesn't matter.
My thoughts on your theory
If you look back again, you'll see that Ant Man is reminding Cap of their 1st time speaking. Also Nat is blond haired when this is happening. She still had red hair in Winter Soldier and Civil War. I'm thinking some time has past since the events of Infinity War but not enough to coincide with your theory unless unlocking access to the Quantum Realm also allows for access to the past.

In the trailer, it shows Bruce Banner looking at everyone they think is dead. They show Peter Parker, Shuri, and Scott Lang on the screen. Scott went super small when the snap happened so they probably thought that he died too.
I was gonna mention that in the first post I made. Then I remembered Rhodey was the only one that survived the snap. I wasn't expecting to see him in the trailer.

Wasn't Scott Trapped in the quantum zone when the snapped happened, according to the end of the last ant man movie.
There needed to be a teether on the outside.
While he was in the quantum realm his teether was decimated in the snap (wasp and them)
